The team set up our TV in a timely manner. They showed us all of the ins & outs of operating our new TV. When they left, we were all set & ready to go to enjoy it.

Bought 85 inch TV and had it mounted on the wall by Geek Squad. It's works well but it is a little awkward to use. Mounting looks great and is very strong. I would trying advise not to doing this yourself.

Once again the Geek guys came through for me. This was the 2nd tv they’ve installed for me in the past 45 days and both of them look great! They even stayed around to show me how to work and program the tvs!

The Geek squad brought the tv and were almost finished installing my 75” tv when they saw a crack in the screen. They brought me a new tv the next day and set it up. Very good service.

After quite a few bumps in the process, we finally got it put up correctly by the Oakland Geek Squad. I works wonderfully and they were very professional.

Ted spent 3 hours mounting and setting up 2 tvs. He was knowledgeable, honest and patient with me as I have never had a smart tv before. If all their techs are like him, I highly recommend.

The Geek Squad team did a good job mounting my TV and connecting it properly, and they were professional throughout the process. However, I was disappointed that several tasks listed in the description of the "In-Home TV/Display Setup & Mounting" service were not completed. For the price of $249, I expected a more comprehensive service. While the basics were covered, I don't feel that the service provided was worth the cost.

Had a problem w/ mount provided for Oled TV. Tyler advised me regarding one that would work, and returned to complete the installation. He was careful to place 2 new Nests & OLED in ways that covered pre-existing holes, helped tremendously w/ software setups, and is super nice.

The two men were very professional. They helped find the studs in the wall, double check before hanging the wall mount, mounted the TV, hooked up the cable box etc. This was well worth the price paid and would def recommend this service! The TV hung was 75".

The agents who mounted our TV went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the location and they took the time to connect all the devices!
