Geek squad professionals that came to my home were so in tuned with one another that it took less time putting together and hanging my TV then it did explaining to me how the TV worked! I totally would recommend these two to any of my family and friends. huge thanks to both of them!!!!

The 2 guys that mounted my TV were efficient and thorough. Once my TV was mounted and all devices hooked up, they explained everything in detail. I even got a call the next day to make sure everything worked properly. Friendly and knowledgeable!

The agent installed my TV and mount very quickly and spent a lot of time trying to get the set up complete and worked on getting the wi-fi connected only to find out the chip was bad. He really tried to get the TV to connect and spent a lot of time with us.

The guys had a real challenge. They had to position a 65" TV in a hutch-like open back cabinet with about two inches to spare. I was afraid they'd miss the mark, but they mounted the mount to the wall and the TV to the mount perfectly.

Agent Aaron did a wonderful job of mounting my TV with my sounder and connected all of my units.Everything works and sounds BEAUTIFUL. He is the best!

Whalen Furniture -plenty 3-in-1 Console for Most Flat-Panel TVs Up to 65" - Brown Cherry is very functional and has plenty of space for other components. The Geek Squad did an excellent job and were very clean while they were assembling the stand.

Geek sqaud is awesome they took away my warrantee sony 8k after panel problem. Helped me upgrade to a larger newer sony a95j. Remounted and setup and went above and beyond to make it right!

the agent dismounted my old tv, mounted the new tv, made sure it was paired with the remote control, and made certain i knew how to use it before he left! that's what i call EXCELLENT customer service!!!

Had GS mount my 75" TV. I was too chicken to do it. They handled it quickly and professionally, and even did some tuning/optimizing on my receiver that I didnt expect. Likely to have them mount another TV for me.

Technicians were both great and efficient. They came in looked at what needed to be done, explained how they were going to do things and then got to work.

Great job installing wall mount and hanging our new TV. Correctly installed our new in-wall power extentions to connect the TV and devices. However installers told me we did not need to run my second hdmi cord to connect the BluRay to the TV. They would only test the TV, said we'd be fine, and left. Now we have to hire someone else to fish my hdmi behind the wall in our new in-wall extension outlets and rehang the TV. Not expert service. No more Geek Squad unless this is made right, quickly.

This team did amazing, came at scheduled time, greeted my husband and I got to work, made sure we were happy with the location and showed us how to move it side to side. Did amazing!

The agents who mounted my TV were very polite. However, since the TV was already out of the box they didn't really know how to handle the TV in order to install it properly since it was so big (75 inches). They explained it's fast when it's in the box and they were trying to figure out how to manage inserting the screws now. They ended up washing a couple of the screws but didn't say anything. They lifted the TV onto the entertainment center and said they were done and quickly left. Since the TV wasn't centered we moved it and noticed the TV was moving a bit too much - a bit wobbly. I took a look at the back and this is when I noticed the screws had been washed. It seems safe enough but that was not what I expect from Geek Squad.

Geek squad agents quickly and efficiently installed our in wall mounting wiring. All was tested and explained to us. They were on time, cleaned up thoroughly and thanked us for using them. A professional service installation!

Your 3rd party installers were great. They came in and successfully put all our ugly wires in wall. They were quick and clean. An added bonus was that they were very friendly and cooperative.

The Geek Squad was awesome in their installation of my tv and soundbar above a fireplace. They did a great job in keeping me informed of their arrival and did an excellent job in mounting the tv and soundbar in an efficient manner. They also took the time to explain the setup.

The two people who came to mount my television were very pleasant, professional, and surprisingly very fast. They were in and out very quickly, leaving no trace of their visit behind. They wore booties over their shoes prior to entering the home as well!
