Showed up on time. Took time to discuss with me the best placement. Polite; personable. Took only about 20 minutes to install. Then explained to me how to adjust and how to hide cord against wall. Excellent install! Very happy I didn't try to do it myself. Worth every penny.

I would recommend Marcus to any Best Buy customer. He knew how to install my 43' tv successfully to my bedroom wall with ease and he also helped me set up and program the Roku stick into my 43 in tv as well. He came exactly on time to my apartment on the requested appointment schedule.
