This was the most absolute garbage service I’ve ever purchased. The contracted company felt they only needed to use two screws instead of the required amount and resulted in the bracket bending and the TV falling off the wall. I had to work with 4 different parties to get any response on a refund. Contacting Best Buy customer service told me to call Samsung which had absolutely nothing to do with the problem then told me I needed to go into a store to file a claim when they could’ve done it for me online. Will never be using geek squad again and have told everyone to not use this service ever.

I was very fortunate to get Dave Mindlin as my agent! I have always done these type of projects myself because I always did a better job. I am glad I didn't this time, Dave did an amazing job!! I am very detailed in the way I do things and I couldn't find a single flaw

The Geek Sqad knew exactly how to set up and show how to use this and were very proffesional, polite and answered all questions and made sure we could run this when they were done with the setup.

The techs unpacked, drilled holes, connected sound system and then instructed me on how to use. They were great, very knowledgeable.

the only way to go with a new tv . . . the geek squad can deliver the tv and set it up and they are perfectionists. Don't forget to get a free in house consultation so you make sure you have everything you need to get the results that you want.

The tech that came out was great! very personable, easy to talk to and he explained why we were having such a hard time finding the studs in our wall of our old home. He had it up in no time and made sure i was satisfied with his work before he left

They were on time, courteous and friendly. It would have been close to impossible to mount by myself and required considerable effort on the part of the squad. They delivered, set up, programmed and handed me the remote all in about an hour.

Geek Squad technicians were awesome - they wired, wall-mounted my 5.1 speaker systems and calibrated my receiver ... basically went from no system (just in-wall prewiring) to fully operational system in just a couple of hours.

We were extremely happy with the setup of our tv. The two gentlemen who arrived with it could not have been friendlier or done a better job. Would be happy to use again.

The installers mounted and set up the new tv and soundbar. But I cannot keep the sound bar operating and to come on with the tv with one remote.

This tv is amazing, so glad i got it ! Cant wait to change the living room to an OLED as well !
