The agents who wall mounted my TV were very professional and quick. i was extremely satisfied with my service. Will definitely use them to install the other TV i just bought for my Fiance.

The set up was done very professional we love having Geek Squad mount our TV the mount itself is very sturdy and they didn't mess up the wall

The installers did a nice job installing the TV mount to the wall however refused to install the TV due to what they perceived as a "weight limitation" on the mount. What they looked at was weight of my TV plus the stand, 77" TV. Stand weighed 24 lbs., TV weighed 51 lbs., mount rated at 77 lbs. They refused so I and a neighbor mounted the TV. Job was only 50% completed.

Techs were on time and very concerned that install was to my satisfaction.

The agent did a very thorough job, explained the mounting details, cleanly connected all the cables and left the TV and associated components in working condition. He checked and setup all the settings to provide best performance (sound/picture) from the TV. He was a very personable agent.

The Geek Squad Agents mounted my Television on the bedroom wall in the perfect location. These young men were professional, knew what they were doing, and went right to work and had it done in a short amount of time. Thank you for a job well done!

We have always purchased the Geek Squad service when we have purchased a large TV and always when we purchase a new computer. They are very helpful and we have utilized the "Geek Squad" help line when we have had computer problems and questions,

The agents were on time and mounted my tv and sound system. They also took away the old one and the boxes. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing.

We had a surround sound issue and they put in new cables to our currently owned TV in the living room. They also Leveled my TV, which had never been leveled in 11 years. We did not even realize how unleavened and un-centered it was on the wall until they fixed it.

Professional and quick. Set up all aux to work with TV No fuss, No mess. Even cleaned up after themselves. Courteous and best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Disaster & Disappointed and loss of day. two gentlemen delivered the new monitor to be installed on bracket. After they completed work they uncovered the monitor/TV I had just purchased, was missing from the sealed box, a power cord to power the unit and manufacturer Samsung remote control. The two installers assured me, if I would just go to the store I would get the missing items ( at no cost) ready for plug and play. The installers never powered the unit nor verified and full functionality of new purchased item ( there were missing items to complete the job) , which is part of the service I paid for( It is part of installation agreement). On the same day I went BEST BUY store where item was purchased and explained my situation to a store manager. I was met with a BEST BUY store manager, that showed no empathy to my situation. Instead the store manager attitude was of an in deference, more of I do not care. It does not affect me. the financial impact doesn’t affect my store. The store manager offered me the option of buying out of my pocket an universal power cord and in universal remote control.. knowingly full well, that if I was to use third-party parts on a new monitor, the manufactures could void the warranty on the new purchased product. I am now fighting an uphill battle, getting full credit for the product the installation and more. This is the main reason Best Buy stores are closing and across nation ( poor quality service ) BEST BUY has become WORST BUY!! I Canceled the order and requesting a full refund and dealing with loss of time from work. If I could give a negative rating it would be the least to say.

Originally showed up with only one guy to mount a 75" TV. That wasn't gonna work, obviously. I was at work so it was just my wife home and she didn't trust herself to be on one end of big ol' TV. They finally got another worker here. As far as the mount job goes, it's great. No complaints. I got a 75" LG 4K UHD over the fireplace and it rocks.

The agents came in and expertly mounted ^ connected the new TV. showed us how to operate new remote.

The geek squad was courteous and professional. They even hid the cables behind the wall. They were able to diagnose that the tv mount I purchased separately would not work and had a back up one just in case. They were great!

This is the second time I've used the Geek Squad, and both times I walked away saying "Great Decision!" My "geek" Anthony called before the installation to discuss it with me and was able to identify a potential problem I was unaware of. He resolved the issue and set up a beautiful 65" 4K HD TV. The 2 young men who installed my TVs, wall mounts, sound bars and mounts + internet switch did an amazing job. After installation was completed, they setup all the equipment so it was ready to go. A+ job.

The Geek Squad service agent Robert was awesome! He was personable, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I was surprised he was by himself to mount my 55" TV and sound bar to the wall, but you could tell he had done it before.
