Agent got to my home a little late in the evening but kudos to him. He had quite a few service calls to do and mine was his last stop before heading home. Even through the long day he had a great attitude. He had my mount up and going pretty quick.

very expensive add on in addition to fire place mounting fee, they do not help with adding or relocating studs so it was mounted too high for me where the wires show

The Geek Squad came out and determined why the Polk Audio Sound bar would not work sometimes. They changed it from auto to manual. I now have to use the control for the sound bar but it is working all the time.

The tech removed my old tv and installed the new one. He worked quickly and had the tv up and running in no time. He programmed the remote so it’s very easy to use. He also gave me instructions on how to operate everything

This was the most absolute garbage service I’ve ever purchased. The contracted company felt they only needed to use two screws instead of the required amount and resulted in the bracket bending and the TV falling off the wall. I had to work with 4 different parties to get any response on a refund. Contacting Best Buy customer service told me to call Samsung which had absolutely nothing to do with the problem then told me I needed to go into a store to file a claim when they could’ve done it for me online. Will never be using geek squad again and have told everyone to not use this service ever.

The squad did a great job dismounting the old tv and installing the Sony. Answered all my questions and were totally professional and easy to get along with.

Geek Squad sent 2 installers to install 50” Smart Tv in den, alone with Soundbar. They wore shoe protectors and were very careful and considerate through entire install. Answered all my questions (a lot) with no hesitation, and were happy to answer. Great experience!

Geek squad is always the greatest. I can now enjoy watching my new TV mounted on my wall, with the sound bar directly attached below the TV, The TV is excellent in every way, and knowing that it was set up to perfection gives me great peace of mind.

The installers were efficient affable and competent.

The agents were not only skilled at installing my TV mount, but also were able to assist me with logging into the extra apps on my TV that I was not familiar with. They were professional and friendly, and were very respectful of COVID precautions.

The agents knew exactly what to do to connect all my devices, i.e. router, soundbar, bluray, roku, to my new tv. They gave me an expert and easy to understand run through, and everything works great!
