The agents were friendly and very careful with both the TV and my new home and furniture. They installed the wall mount, TV, cable and blu-ray player quickly and efficiently and explained what they were doing every step of the way. I appreciated the time they spent showing me and hubby the use of the TV and blu-ray remotes as we upgraded from a 12 yr old one to this Smart tv that frankly does more than we ever expected. I'm glad that I can call on the Geek Squad about any questions I have in future as well.

I called the geek squad to install a new SmartBoard in my home. It is basically like installing a TV. They were super helpful and recommended the right mount for it and the tech that came out was easily able to install it. Extremely happy with geek squad :-) they were also able to install it very quickly too - both on the day of the install and the date on the calendar.

They were very professional and helpful. They mounted our tv onto the brick of our fireplace. Very knowledgeable.

Aaron and John did an amazing job installing the tv. Very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. It was definitely worth it. They were also very informative about streaming and features available on the tv especially for a person who isn’t tech savvy. Great job

I’m usually a “do it myself” type of guy, but trying to mount a 77” TV was more than I wanted to attempt due to the high dollar amount of the unit. The two Geek Squad guys showed up on time, had some nice tools for lining up the TV mount, measured and taped off the spot and has the mount installed quickly. They got the TV mounted exactly where I wanted it, and then cleaned up before leaving. Wife and I are totally satisfied with this service.

They came on time, put on shoe protectors to protect my floor since it was raining, mounted the TV and helped me with the set up. They also connected the Wii and Xbox as well as took the empty box with them.

I had no idea who to turn to for mounting my TV. I purchased the total tech plan. The Geek Squad techs were Awesome. They were easy and fast to schedule. They asked questions to make sure I got what I wanted and where to mount the TV. They were knowledgeable, friendly and communicative about the project. They made sure I understood how to operate what was set up and that I was comfortable with the technology before they left. It was awesome watching my new big screen TV comfortably. This was way better than doing it myself. It went a lot faster. I had bought a Toshiba 75in that couldn’t run surround through the HDMI cable. It would only play PCM. The Sony Bravia is a much better tV, (from my experience) and having the Best Buy techs hooking it up gave me peace of mind on the wall mount as well as making sure all the cables were where they needed to be.

The guys were great and performed the job quickly and properly. They were also friendly and courteous. Looking for ward to using them again soon. Thanks for a job well done.

They arrived on time, moved a sound bar to a different room and set up the new system then vacuumed where they had worked. They made sure I could use my system with ease before they left. It was a great experience. They suggested a buy a new HDMI cord and had one in their truck for me to ourchase. They were also very knowledgeable.

This was perfect. All I had to do was point especially for 85 inch TV replacement, and the two gentlemen that came was professional as can be. They need a job quickly swiftly they asked plenty of questions to satisfy the needs of my installation and everything went well.

Geek Squad did a great job assembling the stand for my new TV and setting up the TV. Connected to UVerse cable, etc. Made sure I was comfortable with remotes. I am more than satisified that I purchased the Total Protection plan. As far as I am concerned, it has paid for itself in 2 weeks time. Used them for setup of a new laptop and a new TV.

Geek squad came over and installed my 65 inch Sony TV using one of the Sanus wall mount units. The 2 gents were on time, very courteous and efficient. They asked us where we wanted the location of the TV. Installed the bracket. They unboxed the TV, installed it and rant the setup menu. They also repackaged all the excess material and took it away. No mess whatsoever was left. All in all very happy with the service and the way my TV looks in my family room.
