My TV was mounted perfectly and timely. Will use again.

The guys knew what they were doing. They were quick and efficient. They also were very kind in explaining how the new TV works as we had never had a smart tv before. I still need a bit of training but we're enjoying the new equipment

The geek squad were very helpful and did a great job putting together the tv and hanging it on the wall. They placed the tv exactly where I wanted it and it has a great view from every seat in the room. They were careful with the product and kept the area neat and tidy during and after their job.

John and his teammate came in today and installed our TV. Wow! I was amazed how much John cared, I was amazed from his level of professionalism. True gentlemen, patience, caring, and explained everything and made sure we are fully satisfied.

This is the third or fourth time I have had Geek Squad do work for me and every time they are great. They remember me and are very courteous. This time they called me a day ahead and asked if I wanted them to come a day early! Heck yeah, I was waiting on pins and needles for my new 75" TV!!

If you can get an appointment for install with actual Best Buy/Geek Squad employees, you'll be happy. The cost is high, but the employees do good work. If your appointment is scheduled with a 3rd party group....good luck getting them to show up. It took 3 tries and over a month to finally get Geek Squad employees to do the install.

The customer service we received was above and beyond anything we expected. They were so incredibly helpful and answered questions. It was our first time using Geek Squad and I would definitely use them again.

I’m so glad I had Best Buy install my tv. I had the install it on a wall and hide the wires. Everything looks great and they even set my components up and made sure everything worked. They also made sure my remote was set up and could run everything. Very helpful and great job!

Efficient crew that came in on time and made sure the install was perfect. They made sure I was happy before leaving. I would definitely recommend using Best Buy for TV mounting versus some of the “cheaper” options out there because they are transparent and have no hidden fees.

I have to "tip my hat" to Best Buy for a wonderful series of installations over the years. No issues, on time and very easy to work with. Thanks !

The agents were very respectful, and did a great job attaching my TV to the wall. Took only 15-20 min to complete. They knew what they were doing.

The ceek squad wad on time ad usual and then made quick work of unmounting the TV which had a dmall but visible defect near the top of the screen. Best Buy did this service at no cost qs the TV wad less than one week old.

The guys installing did a great job installing everything and they were very knowledgeable. I would do it all over again in a different room next time

The techs from Geek Squad installed this hardware, fir which we were grateful. It was first used for an older TV, then for a new set, so very happy for the adjustability. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I wish it would swing out just a rad further for easier access to HTML and other cables, etc when needed.

We had ordered the wrong stand for the tv that we were moving from the family room to the den. The guys who came to install the new TV and move the other called to the store and got the one that was needed. Very happy with all the services the Geek Squad has offered and we have received.

The picture on our tv is still lopsided. Geek Squad came, but the picture was good for a few hours then it went back to being lopsided. I tried calling GS again and have received no response. So disappointed in Best Buy. The manager has been helpful and I will call again this week.
