The guys did an excellent job mounting my 77" TV which included a TV mount and cable management box that I purchased.

I was so pleased with the connection and setup services provided by the agents. All was setup, connected and ready to go. They took the time to be sure i knew what I was doing to operate everything

The installer arrived on time and came in prepared to work. He set up the tv and connected it to our Direct TV system. He was courteous and respectful. My husband has some memory issues and the installer took the time to write all the instructions down. I am so appreciative!

The Best Buy Geek Squad did a great job of installing TV Bracket ! They also programed My New 55" TV, and were very patient ,and answered all our questions. I will use the Geek Squad on My next project.

The boys from Geek Squad installed this above our fireplace for our 65” LG Nano and it was fast and the mount is solid. Pretty sweet that you can change viewing positions. Best Buy says it works with all televisions in size range.

I used the Geek Squad to deliver and install my 84" Samsung a few years ago and they were great. When we moved earlier this month, I called the geek squad and was quoted a price to uninstall transport and install in the new house. When I got closer to moving, I called back to schedule everything. That is when everything changed. I was told I would need 2 service calls, and they would not transport the TV to the new house, even though I purchased the extended, in home warranty. My son and I completed the uninstall in under 10 minutes, included taking the brackets off the wall. I then had to do the transport myself, despite being told Geek Squad would do it on my first call. So all that remained was the install in the new house. They asked me where I wanted it, and instructed them to center it on the wall. When they were done, it was off center and crooked!! The geek squad never used a tape measure or level, but rather "eyeballed it." This is an 8K over $7,000 TV, and they eyeballed it...! I ended up hiring another contractor to fix the issue, and another to repair the wall from fixing the geek squads mistake, In short, love the TV, very disappointed in the service. I would never use them or recommend again.

I couldn't have been happier with the Best Buy techs who mounted our TV. They were super friendly, efficient and helpful with their suggestions for the best set up. They made a tricky mounting look easy.

The geek squad is all i use. These guys are amazing, they will answer all your questions and will stay to make sure you understand the operate your device.

Two guys from the Geek squad came and professionally mounted out 60" TV. They were very good, quick and very well mannered. Definitely would recommend their services, although my husband bought the annual package, which I think is a waste, as we probably will not be using it.

The guys who mounted and set up my TV were so helpful. It was definitely worth the purchase price to get this service.

Service was great. Techs arrived on time removed the tv from the box. Installed all the hardware for mounting and mouted the tv. The techs initialized TV installing apps. The also set up the remote.

The Best Buy Geek Squad never disappoints. They installed my 75" Samsung quickly and efficiently. They took their time with us explaining how it works and didn't leave until we understood how to navigate the new platform! Will use again when we need them!
