Had the tv installed by pros, great product just wish I knew how to tilt the tv up and down

The Geek Squad installation service, ably led by Donny, is the best. It is regrettable that the computer repair service is unsatisfactory. The computer repair staff that I encountered are uninformed and rude. Hope this can be approved.

Tv was mounted on to wall very efficiently. Installer was polite and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly.

The geek squad is all i use. These guys are amazing, they will answer all your questions and will stay to make sure you understand the operate your device.

The geek squad installers were awesome! They called and moved our appointment up by 3 hours! They were fast and efficient and professional, great install!

We paid for Mounted TV hook up and installer came out mounted the tv which is great took a call (work call) then packed up and left. By the time we were able to double check what was completed we realized none of the hook ups were in place or even the TV plugged in. We finished the job and moved on. Called to get this extra feature removed but looks like I'm still being charged for it. If you get this service double check all connections prior to your installer taking off especially if they are taking calls during the installation.

Chris Willeford and Brandon did a wonderful job mounting our new television above our fireplace. They got us hooked back up yo DirectTV and showed us features on our new FireTV. We were very pleased with their work.

The end product was very good and the Geek Squad installation looks professional. I really like the Tech who finished this project and the on phone staff who arranged the final installation. However, from time of delivery to final installation was over two months.

The 2 techs done a nice job moving my wall mount up higher & mounting the 65" TV. They programmed the remotes & made sure I was happy before they left.

Tech kept me informed. He was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

The initial installation doesn't goes well BUT the Geeks came back out to make it right (which in my opinion they earned the respect) The cost of $250 is honestly high, shouldn't be more than $200. Would be 5 stars otherwise. :)

Best Buy delivered my tv and wall mount and easily installed both on my rock wall fireplace. Loos great and they cleaned up all of their mess. Made sure everything was perfect before leavings.

The guy from geek squad was the best. He was not able to put me tv up because I brought the wrong mount. He told me what to get and he explain to me went I couldn’t use the Mount that I bought.

I would highly recommend the Geek Squad for anybTV mounting installation. They were very professional and new what they were doing. The TV above the mantel looks awesome and they were very knowledgeable. I will use them for any TV or audio set-up. Use them, you won't be disappointed.

geek squad communicated well on install day. all items installed went very well and everything tested before they left. review made with us before leaving of all equipment, cleanup was very well done and the two members of squad were very personable

Cody was absolutely wonderful - focused, thorough, pleasant and even informed me about the streaming speed I had as compared to what it should be...Cody was GREAT!!

2 installer's showed up to install two large TV's along with suround sound, took theie time and did it correctly. They came back with some additional parts and gave me a discount due to all the other work they did. Best Buy should have more customer orentied people like the two that came to my homel
