Geek Techs knew what they were doing, great attitude and installed tv pretty quick

The agents set up the TV for a family member and provided instructions for operating the TV using the remote control familiar to the user.

Service was excellent! This was my first time using Geek Squad and it was for TV installation. Daryl kept me informed about his arrival, he was genuinely caring and courtesy. The whole process was smooth.

The 2 techs done a nice job moving my wall mount up higher & mounting the 65" TV. They programmed the remotes & made sure I was happy before they left.

Technicians showed up on time. Started to work then realized they should have put the surround sound bar on first. They had to take everything apart and start all over. Trainee had to use our bathroom then continued to help technician. They had a difficult time straightening the tv. It’s still a bit crooked.

The agent arrived on time and installed my TV professionally. After installation I noticed that the TV is not aligned. The agent patiently looked into it for me. Also installed the TV box for me.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed our new 65 inch TV and sound bar. The crew was fantastic. They arrived on time, were very professional and were very attentive to our needs. I have nothing but praise for the Geek Squad.

My master bedroom was too crowded with a tv stand for the big tv I had. The geek squad guy was super helpful explaining why we had to change mounts because of the framing in the wall etc They were in an out, polite, clean and worth the money for the professional installation.

The Geek Squad team did a good job mounting my TV and connecting it properly, and they were professional throughout the process. However, I was disappointed that several tasks listed in the description of the "In-Home TV/Display Setup & Mounting" service were not completed. For the price of $249, I expected a more comprehensive service. While the basics were covered, I don't feel that the service provided was worth the cost.

Great team. Very helpfull and knowledgeable. Answeeed a my questions. Set everything up the way i wanted it.

This mount works great with my new 55" Samsung Q60A TV. I had the Geek squad install it and they did a super job. I am able to extend the mount 14" away from the wall and angle the TV so I can watch it from the kitchen.

The installer did a great job installing the TV, but a poor job ensuring that I was able to operate the TV. I'm still struggling to fully gain use of it :(

Genti and the crew did an outstanding job mounting my tv and setting up the remote. Took the time to measure so it was centered on the wall and even offered an option to cords running down the wall! Highly recommend.

The initial agent was outstanding, she knew exactly what needed to be done and she did a great job! Sorry I don’t have her name. I know that she is out of the Alliance Store. Great customer service!

The agent mounted and set up the TV, connected it to WIFI and readied it to be used by my 92 year old father via the Internet, rather than cable. Thank you very much!!!

The agents mounted my tv — they centered it on the wall and checked the height with me prior to the installation. Then they connected my devices and made sure I could start connecting to my Roku (to initiate my account). Great service, thank you! :)

The two men sent by Best Buy were professional, friendly, competent, quick, thorough and a real pleasure to have install our TV. We asked them to use a "pull down" bracket that we had purchased online and they made quick, complete work of installing it and mounting our TV. We were delighted.

The team is very professional, and quick but very carefully installed my TV and keep the place clean. Thank you so much!
