We love the Geek Squad! We will never install another tv on our own.

They were very efficient and knowledgeable. Moved my large screen TV from the bedroom-to the family room. Showed me how everything worked. Highly recommended.

Very personable and knowledgeable. 2 men worked constantly and got the job done perfectly. They made good suggestions with sound reasoning. Everything was completed on time at they all look and work fantastic. Geek Squad installation is the only way to go!

The Geek Squad (Shane and Rayne) were excellent! Courteous and professional, they knew their “stuff” and got the job done very proficiently. Answered all our questions and gave a great lesson on using the new products. Highly recommend them.

Geek squad came and install my tv first lady was called me i taught shes the only one to install my tv and i taught im not confident for her to install my tv but then when they started to install that lady was so professional and expert to install or mount a tv.good job keep it ip

The two workers that came for my set up for on time and very kind, and also very quick. They also gave me their contact info in case I ended up having any issues

The installers came at a reasonable time and were able to get the installation done within an hour & half.

The agents were friendly and efficient, explaining as they went along, and answered all of our many questions in a most helpful way. I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

The two gentlemen were polite and professional and sometimes funny. My frame tv was up in no time and looks amazing! And works great - if I could figure out all the buttons! Ha! Got the basics down. Thank u Best Buy!

They did a great job installing and setting up the tv - we probably could have done it ourselves but it was part of our TotalTech package and it was nice to have it done

Two Geek Squad agents mounted my 65" Sony Bravia TV to a Sanus Large Advanced Tilt Mount, and they verified my TV's operation. They were professional, very knowledgeable, were customer friendly, and did an excellent job.

Technicians were on time did great work. Knew what they were doing they were courteous and hauled away the old tv. Will continue to use Geeks services.

2nd tv installment due to 1st tv defect they were fast i didnt like the way placed my tv on an angle instead of placing it back the way the first tv was placed and im unable to correct it without calling the Geek Squad again

Kayla Graham, Geek Squad tech, was outstanding with her TV mounting advice and skill. It was a 55" TV to mount on a wall with full motion; did this without assistance and with ease. She was very professional.

The installers mounted and set up the new tv and soundbar. But I cannot keep the sound bar operating and to come on with the tv with one remote.
