I was so pleased with the connection and setup services provided by the agents. All was setup, connected and ready to go. They took the time to be sure i knew what I was doing to operate everything

I would say LG has the best display and mouse pointer. Although the chrome cast option may be missing but overall I would say this is the best TV

We received our television as promised as well as the wall mounts. Immediately, the tech started complaining that he could not affix the additional wall-mount because he was by himself. He called someone twice to tell us that he would have to charge us $235.00 to replace the current wall mount. Our problem was that the person who mounted several of our televisions in one day was by himself. The salesperson who we had told us it could be done, yet we still have the mount needed sitting in front of our television. This was not a good customer experience.

We purchased a 55" Sony television to replace our 2 year old 55" Visio that died on us. We are very pleased with our new Sony. The picture is very clear and bright. The Geek Squad set up and adjusted our new television.

This was the first time that I had a TV mounted, so I didn't know what to expect. Although it went smoothly, I should have checked the wall before they left, I would have noticed that there was damage to the wall. At $199, to install, I thought it was a little steep.

Excellent picture for the price but the TV had a lot of quirks. Picture would occasionally cut out for no reason, especially playing blurays, and it sometimes simply wouldn't recognize my sound bar unless I manually turned bar off and back on. Recently upgraded to LG OLED. Not a great first experience with TCL.

The guys knew what they were doing. They were quick and efficient. They also were very kind in explaining how the new TV works as we had never had a smart tv before. I still need a bit of training but we're enjoying the new equipment

Our Geek Squad installer came in and installed our 70" flat screen tv efficiently and quickly. He surveyed our input on placement and properly sanitized everything he touched. Amazing Service excited to continue working with geek squad moving forward!

Great communications and timely arrival was only the beginning to my excellent experience. Ismael got to it right away, measured twice to ensure accurate I stall, and cleaned up afterwards. Very impressed by Ismael's professionalism and knowledge.

Took a while to get a reservation but TV install guy came in time worked efficiently and did a good job mounting on walk thanks! Better to have it done right, by geek squad, especially if you have warranty !

They did a pretty good job setting up my new TV. However; the wall surge protector they sold me does not stay attached into the wall socket. Waste of my money.

Tech showed when he said he would, and was very accurate in the installation, measured everything twice to insure it was centered. He cleaned up any mess that got away while he was drilling holes in wall. Even advised me how to fix a issue that some people complained about on my sound system.

The installers were courteous and professional while in my home. I purchased a $3500 OLED TV and quite frankly they are extremely thin and I would not want to personally take on the risk of handling while mounting. I considered this money will spent in protecting my purchase.

The Best Buy Geek Squad did a great job of installing TV Bracket ! They also programed My New 55" TV, and were very patient ,and answered all our questions. I will use the Geek Squad on My next project.
