Francis and his assistant installed my 80" tv and the wall mount. They centered it perfectly on the wall and made sure that was the height preferred for viewing. After Installation he carefully reviewed all features and how to access each device connected.

Took time in meeting my need to set up in a room designed to have the tv as the primary focus

The Geek squad installed my new tv and put together the studio stand which they were excited to see. They were both very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful in getting everything set up. They also hauled away the boxes.

We received our television as promised as well as the wall mounts. Immediately, the tech started complaining that he could not affix the additional wall-mount because he was by himself. He called someone twice to tell us that he would have to charge us $235.00 to replace the current wall mount. Our problem was that the person who mounted several of our televisions in one day was by himself. The salesperson who we had told us it could be done, yet we still have the mount needed sitting in front of our television. This was not a good customer experience.

Spencer was awesome mounting our TV. He explained everything he was doing & made sure we knew how to operate all the functions on our new TV before he left. He was very patient, polite & definitely knows his job !

Mount Crew did a great job setting up the TV and Sound Bar. Reason for the poor review is they did not clean up the debris from when they drilled holes for the brackets. I had to move the furniture away to get my broom and dust pan in there. Would have been so easy when they were installing to just clean up after themselves.

65 inch TV was well placed with no problems. Tha installer did a great jo c b and considerate of clients needs. Left with a truckload of gratitude for his assisrance.

Team showed up on time, went over my ideas and concerns and recommend where and how high to mount our 86" TV. Our TV looks amazing and the height it was mounted. Crew was very clean and recommended additional items to work with my TV to further the experience.

Yes he did a good job installing the TV but the only downfall was he was kind of making us feel like we were dummies and we asked him to do some stuff and he kind of hesitated like they really didn’t wanna do it so I guess I didn’t appreciate that but overall not bad

The individuals came and did a great job. Laid it out just how I explained I wanted it. Then they cleaned up the mess took the boxes no complaint here totally worth it.

I can't say enough good about Xavier from Geek Squad. He did a great job of installing and explaining how to operate the whole system.

Daniel Lensch and his partner installed our 85” tv without any issues. They were very knowledgeable and professional! Cleaned everything up and couldn’t tell they had been here when they left. Highly recommend using this guy for all geek squad needs!

The Best Buy installers were great. They mounted the TV, connected the A/V, calibrated everything, signed in my apps and showed me how to use the equipment It took them less than a hour. They did a great job.
