    They did a pretty good job setting up my new TV. However; the wall surge protector they sold me does not stay attached into the wall socket. Waste of my money.

    I had an 86" LG TV installed and setup without any issues. The two folks that came were friendly and knowledgeable

    The agents installed mounts, installed and programmed both TV’s. Were fast, efficient and very friendly and informative. Programmed both TVs and were very patient in showing me how they worked.

    One guy to handle a 65" , but he did manage to get the job done. $200 for less than an hour's work, especially with Total Tech membership, cost was way too much.

    Called when they left the store and let me know they were 30 minutes away. Took about 10-15 minutes to mount my tv.

    We had our TV installed but felt it was a little high. We called the GeekSquad back and they came back a week later to help us get it all fixed! Super friendly, easy to contact, and easy to work with!

    I had my Geek Squad men cut holes in the back of my chest and holes in the walls to TOTALLY hide all wires and boxes. They used remote controls that can go through the wood fronts to chest drawers. I am a minimalist so I love the clean look!
