    We have had The Geek Squad deliver and install televisions for us in the past as well as just recently and we have always been happy with their services. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

    This was my first time doing this and it could've have been better! The guys came on time and didn't take long for them to mount the TV to my wall and show me how the remote works. They were very reliable and worth the money.

    I think the Samsung has a sharper picture but this works for my eyesight which is sensitive to harsh contrasts.The installation went smoothly and the Geek squad answered my questions and showed patience when I didn't understand immediately.

    THE AGENTS INSTALLED AND MOUNTED MY 77 INCH SONY TV. SCOTT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ACCOMMODATE THIS SOMEWHAT COMPLEX INSTALL.

    The geek squad technicians did great job manning our television on the wall. I had already set it up, so that there is not much for them to do beyond the actual, physical mounting, but what they did, they did great.

    The technician called about 15 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He was very polite and explained everything he was doing. Before he mounted my tv, he made sure he had the mount exactly where I wanted it. He was fast, meticulous, and courteous!

    Have done 4 TVs this size or larger as well as over fireplace and techs were fabulous and concerned about constant quality! Guest subcontractors couldn't do it!!

    The agents did their best to make this a one trip install. The mount was faulty which required a second install trip. The agents were professional and respectful of my property.
