The Geek squad installed my new tv and put together the studio stand which they were excited to see. They were both very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful in getting everything set up. They also hauled away the boxes.

Received mounting bracket in time before Geek Squad came to mount my tv; however, the bracket was not needed due to the existing one one my wall worked fine. I kept the bracket to use at another time if needed.

Clay was professional,very knowledgeable and friendly. It was unfortunate that my speaker system was missing the wall brackets. He could have made extra money. That's on Best Buy not him as the speaker system was delivered a week before (even though I asked they not be)

The Geek Squad did a wall mount of my new 65" Sony. They explained what they were going to do. They did the work quickly, efficiently and with excellent end results. The whole set-up looks great, they merged my remotes. Couldn't be happier.

The guys were great. Arrived on time, were very professional, knew what they were doing. Checking with me to make sure the locations was right. Afterwards, showed me the operation of the TV and remote.

Great Installation by Best Buy Installers ... These Guys know what they are Doing ... They completed the Job in about an hour and had my 65 inch Big Screen 3D TV Mounted and wired and completed ... I’d recommend these guys to anyone who has a Large screen Tv they want done ...

The agents mounted my TV and successfully connected it to my existing surround sound speaker system. Unfortunately, they couldn't get it to work with my existing blu-ray player, however.

Technicians did a great job removing the old tv and re-using my existing mount.

The technician was very professional and had good answers to my questions. He was cognizant of what I was looking to achieve and gave us good amounts of time to make decisions about how we wanted it mounted.

This is my 2nd HP 27f. It makes for a side-by-side configuration. I replaced an all-in-one having a 27-in. screen with a more powerful desktop box. So this earlier configuration also worked quite well, to create two screens.

Geek squad did a great job. Very afficient and pros like no other, when it comes to any tech instalation.

The first Best Buy squad was not good did not set up expensive tv or wall mount correct terrible next team knew what they were doing
