Total Geek Squad mounted my new LG ThinQ Smart 65" TV Plus and installed Backlighting on this TV for me!! Purchasing Total Geek Squad is the Best Purchase I have ever made!

Installers did a great job! Local TV store charges almost twice the price and I cannot tell a difference in the quality of their work. Great communication before and during the process.

THe TV was mounted and I love the way it came out. Previous installation placed it too close to the Mantle and I had to hold remote above me head to turn on. This team did awesome job with installing!

Installation was done professionally and happy with quality of mounting. So I don’t have anything negative to write about it. Good job there. The technician told me he can put in professional HDMI 1.4 cable for $40 as I didn’t have one. I thought he would put a new cable but when he was done he had put an old used cable and expected to be paid $40 by cash. I would have generally tipped but this was not right for him to charge $40 for a used cable he probably picked somewhere. My kids were getting impatient so I didn’t want to get in argument. Didn’t leave a good impression Geek Squad. I bought annual technical service plan for a reason to save money on installations but this experience left me wondering.

We decided to let the Geek Squad hang our 75" TV on the wall and connect it to our new receiver that connected to our existing surround sound speakers. They left us with the experience we wanted- press the on button, select my viewing source and turn it up.

The Geek Squad of 2 mounted my tv on the wsll and had it performing as intended. My regular sound bar is doing well. The secondary unit is not. I will call to discuss after the first of the year.

Well so far Geek Squad has been top notch. All our appliances are starting to depart this earth.... Washer/Dryer, stove, dishwasher etc..... So far Best Buy have done well. Dispite "Corporate" cutting staff to the bone!!

The guy complained a lot about it being an above the fireplace mount and threatened to charge me more. The original mount was installed by Best Buy also. The guy wasn’t as familiar with it and got upset that he put the TV up wrong and had to redo it and that’s when he started saying he may charge me more money. This was a horrible experience. He asked me who setup the service and I told him the guy in the store that sold me the TV. He just made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t mind paying for quality work and if you had to charge me more then fine but you didn’t have to come in my home and be a Negative Nancy the entire time.

Tech kept me informed. He was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

The agents did a great job of mounting my tv and surround sound system. They also made sure everything worked correctly and provided instructions on using everything.

The agents mounted my tv quickly. They were very professional and Clean. They used a drop cloth to keep the floor clean and a bag to catch the dust. I would highly recommend them

The salesman said all cords would be hidden in the wall and the geek squad would tape our power strip to the cabinet back- nice and neat with everything off the floor and hidden in the wall. However, the geek squak guys would have charged an extra 150.00 to put the power cord through the wall and they didnt know anything about taping/mounting the power strip to our cabinet. Yes they mounted the TV but we were left with pile of messy cords down the wall and on the floor. Seems like a gimmick to upcharge you once the geek squad arrives.

They did a great job installing my TV table with two shelves. They were very polite and efficient workers. I thanked them when they were finished

The team came in unbox my new 85" - 4K TV, mounted it on the wall and hook up on my theater audio and Apple 4K TV / home kit devices. They remove the old TV for recycling and took all the boxes with them. A good value for my time and money.

Best buy has wonderful customer service, and Geek squad is well worth purchasing!!! Definitely recommend them!!!

It was a great experience to have a member of the Geek Squad install the TV on the existing bracket and connections. The only disappointment was that he was unable to connect the sound bar.

The Geek team were able to mount my TV with the tilt wall mount without any effort. Made it seem easy! Two agents worked together to provide the service I needed. They were familiar with issues encountered during the mounting and advised accordingly.
