I think the Samsung has a sharper picture but this works for my eyesight which is sensitive to harsh contrasts.The installation went smoothly and the Geek squad answered my questions and showed patience when I didn't understand immediately.

The service agent, Brian Rajczi and his assistant were excellent! Not only the installation, but also recommendations of best angles and sound balance and other issues that went beyond the basic installation.

Francis and his assistant installed my 80" tv and the wall mount. They centered it perfectly on the wall and made sure that was the height preferred for viewing. After Installation he carefully reviewed all features and how to access each device connected.

The two Geek Squad personnel did an exemplary job considering that this installation took place on a hard tile wall which required some complicated drilling for holes for the mounting. They were extremely pleasant to work with.

The agent was super helpful and mounted the tv really quick. Really great service and will be going with them in the future. Highly recommend!

Geek squad ROCKS your team is awesome!! Knowledgeable, walked me through every step and cleaned up their mess. Also, had their PPE on and that was awesome for me since I’m a high risk person. I will always use Geek squad for my installs.

The TV mounting service was great. The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. I do have an issue with how my appointment was scheduled. I called and spoke with someone to schedule the appointment and the agent did NOT tell me there was an additional fee for mounting above the fireplace, which I discussed with her, and she did NOT tell me the mount I had purchased was not suitable. The whole thing cost me an additional $200 the day of. Not at all happy about that. If I'd known it was going to cost a total of $320 to simply mount two TVs, I would not have hired Best Buy. Again this is no reflection on the actual technician, he did a great job.

I needed a mount for a large TV in the basement (75") and wanted to make sure it was done right. Ordered online and had the Geek Squad install it a couple of days later. He hooked everything up (DirecTV box, PS4, Roku & Blu-Ray player) and it works flawlessly.

The mount was for a stone fireplace. Love extending the TV and the range of motion to be able to view while cooking, etc.

The team that installed my TV was on time and extremely efficient in helping wall mount and set up my TV. They were clean, professional, and courteous and got the job done right. I would definitely use Geek Squad for my next TV as they made the whole process of buying to watching super easy.

The technician was exceptional he had attention to detail and ensured the TV was installed properly. He worked very clean and expeditiously.

The agents mounted our TVs and did a great job explaining the remote controls as well as sinking them to the other remotes and hooking up our sound system. These guys were great and we were happy to have their help.

Daniel Lensch and his partner installed our 85” tv without any issues. They were very knowledgeable and professional! Cleaned everything up and couldn’t tell they had been here when they left. Highly recommend using this guy for all geek squad needs!
