Hugo was our installer, and he did a stellar job. Set up the remote for DirecTV and showed us how to use everything.

My son said the install went fine, i think it was just a little too pricey.

THE AGENTS DID A GREAT JOB SETTING UP AND MOUNTING MY TV ON THE WALL ABOVE MY FIREPLACE. IT IS GREAT TO WATCH AND SEE EVERYTHING PARTICULIARLY SPORTING EVENTS.

The technician set up the TV in the available space and then patiently set up all of the streaming services.

The agents mounted my TV and successfully connected it to my existing surround sound speaker system. Unfortunately, they couldn't get it to work with my existing blu-ray player, however.

The agents were friendly, good communication, very helpful and thorough. Everything was properly measured and they also adjusted the settings on our tv.

These two guys were wonderful! The 77" TV was way bigger than the previous TV. The wall type was not traditional, but these guys figured it out quickly and got the TV mounted. They did a fantastic job. Very professional!

The agents did great job installing my TV, setting up my mesh network, explaining how to get the best performance from each, and cleaning up drywall dust from the TV mount.

Geek Squad rep notified me when he would arrive...he did an excellent job of removing the existing TV set and mounting the new set. I tend to observe and ask a lot of questions and he was patient and responsive to my questions.

Agents mounted our 55" TV over our fireplace and set up our entire system. They sent a reminder of the appointment the day before and the morning of. They called to let us know they were on the way and arrived within the timeframe of the appointment.

I was pleased with the guys who mounted the wall bracket, installed my 65” TV on it, created a new socket in the wall so the cords for the TV are hidden, and reconnected all my devices. Couldn’t have been easier for me!

The two guys sent to install my TV did a great job. It was a difficult installation between the sheer size of the TV (75") and location (over a fireplace), but they got it done without a hitch. They also boxed my wires to make it a clean look.
