Geek squad mounted my tv in the basement flawlessly!

Had a little scheduling snafu with a misinterpreted email, but once everything was cleared up things went smooth as can be. Geek Squad guys Sherrie’ showed up on time and got my new TV mounted and the old TV hauled out in short order. Glad I paid for this service!

Best service ever. This is the second time I've had the Geek Squad agents out to mount a tv. Just as before, they were fast, friendly and efficient; no muss, no fuss, no mess to clean up afterwards. Will continue to use Best Buy agents for all my home service needs.

The Geek squad mounted my tv and added all devices professionally and quickly.

Kind, courteous and very helpful, Geek Squad installed and connected my TV efficiently and effectively. They also took excellent COVID-19 safety measures -- wearing masks at all times and being very conscious of managing risks.

I appreciate when Geek Squad actually shows up and not third party vendors. I wish there was a way to "verify" who is coming as well as if they can do the work or not. I have had times when they show up and say they are unable to complete.

They had a issue with parts missing, but they had replacements. The TV was - Open Box - and the screws for the legs were missing. They got it set up, and showed me how to use the remote. Works great.

Although they had incomplete information on the first trip out, they did what they could and were back the next day to complete the installation and the suggested placement looks great.

Overall, the gentlemen installing my TV were very good at communicating arrival time and did wall Mount my TV. This, however, is not a white glove service. Which I expected, but was still stressful for a $4k purchase. They stripped a brand new TVs screws and made little to no effort to center the TV without being asked to do so. And then, it was not actual centered. Speed seemed to be the primary objective. Rating 2 stars based on expecting this to an extent, and for them successfully mounting the TV without scratching it.

Really appreciated the work by Kyle and DJ to install and set up our 2 new TVs and sound system on the 85" TV. Based on their recommendation we purchase another sound bar and mounting bracket for the 65" TV

The service was professional and efficient. The cost was a little high but the job was done well. Thanks.

The guys were great BUT the tv is no longer running through the speakers. We need to set up time to have them return.

The first Best Buy squad was not good did not set up expensive tv or wall mount correct terrible next team knew what they were doing

This group of installers were awesome. There was a mixup and they were not told they had to pick up like TV. After phone call they went back to the store and then came back to reinstall. I thought for sure I was going to be postpone for another week. These guys were great. They cleaned everything up after they installed. And took all the empty boxes

Having the Geek squad take care of the mounting and set up of the large TV made it so much easier for me to enjoy my new TV purchase. I highly recommend this service, they come in with all the tools needed and get it done.

The agents did install the TV and re-connect the cables properly. The TV is shown in the store flat against the wall and that is one of the reasons we purchased it. After the installation, the TV was out from the wall and it was explained to me that we needed a recessed outlet in order to get it closer. It was also explained that I would need an electrician. I think it would have been best if the Geek Squad could have been able to provide the recessed outlet; or minimally, if I had been told before the appointment that I needed a recessed outlet.

The installation was fast and easy! Short amount of time

The agents did a through job hooking up the TV and axillary equipment.

The techs from the Geek Squad did a great job. Mounted the TV exactly as I wanted and made sure it and the Sonia sound bar were all dialed in. Well done.
