Stone Fireplace mounting

Inconsistant service

Was told at the store that they would run the cable through the wall, but they did not, may have been a problem at the store. Mounted the TV higher then originally requested, but then corrected the mounting position. They were prompt and courteous.

Geek Squad Guys Installed My TV Perfectly

The young men, who came out were friendly, professional, respectful, resourceful, and meticulous about their work!

Budget TV with some quirks

Picture would occasionally cut out for no reason, especially playing blurays, and it sometimes simply wouldn't recognize my sound bar unless I manually turned bar off and back on. Recently upgraded to LG OLED. Not a great first experience with TCL.

Could have been better, but they are nice guys.

The first Geek squad had problems getting the WiFi to connect, so they asked me to call their overseas help desk ( I spent over an hour on the phone being transferred from one person to another) and request a new tv be delivered. After a week, a second geek squad came out. It turned out the first squad was just putting in the wrong WiFi password. I guess I should have tried in again myself. Both squads were very polite and pleasant to work with.
