Excellent customer service. Tech mounted my 75” tv perfectly!

The geek squad are knowledgeable and fast in installing my TV.

Installer mounted and added an outlet in-wall hiding cords for a clean look! Also replaced/installed the old tv in the office adding a soundbar.

But the didn't do everything. They mounted the TV great, but when they hooked up the Bose speakers, the sound does not match the movement of the persons mouth. Also, they did not hook up my wireless headphones.

We had the Geek Squad mount, connect and setup our 60" TV that I bought for my husband for his birthday. So much better than trying to do it ourselves or "getting someone" to do it. They arrived promtly and were done in no time. For us, it is the only way to go.

Would recommend this service to anyone that does not have experience mounting heavy objects to the wall. I received a call ahead of time to know when to expect arrival. The mounting was done quickly. Most importantly, my TVs are level. No home job slants for me.

The agent was right on time (12:00PM). He was very friendly and asked questions to make sure everything was to my liking. He was efficient, quick and meticulous.

I was like. "Can you hang this TV?" And Best Buy was like. "Yeah, better than anyone else." Then i was like. "Aight, lets do it then" Then they hung it

The Geeks took care of everything. Mounted it exactly where i wanted it. In and out in about an hour. So much easier to let them do it than for me to.

The 2 agents knew exactly what they were doing and completed it in minimal time. They installed TV wall mount and then mounted our new 75" Vizio TV, complete with all cable hookups. They did a great job.

They removed my old 60" and centered the bracket for the 75" TV. They set everything up on the TV that I needed and explained how everything worked. Cleaned up . Very happy with their work.

Geek Squad mountained my 50 inch TVm to wall in my home office very quickly. I am very pleased with the work done.
