I wish there was a way to "verify" who is coming as well as if they can do the work or not. I have had times when they show up and say they are unable to complete.

Cudos to Geek Squad

Washer/Dryer, stove, dishwasher etc..... So far Best Buy have done well. Dispite "Corporate" cutting staff to the bone!!

Fast and Efficicient

He was very polite and explained everything he was doing. Before he mounted my tv, he made sure he had the mount exactly where I wanted it. He was fast, meticulous, and courteous!
