The team came in unbox my new 85" - 4K TV, mounted it on the wall and hook up on my theater audio and Apple 4K TV / home kit devices. They remove the old TV for recycling and took all the boxes with them. A good value for my time and money.

The delivery and installation was subcontracted to a third party. It was not done by Geek Squad as it was 8 years ago when I purchased my previous big screen. Back then the team was awesome, professional, polite, respectful of my home and friendly. This time the third party installers were abrupt, clumsy, obviously in a rush and unprofessional. My install used the same mount so the install was relatively easy compared to working from a bare wall. Still they seemed annoyed the entire time. If they don’t like their job they should find another one. Not a great experience when compared to 8 years ago. They even broke one of the locking mechanisms on the mount, made no effort to repair and I’m not sure how I’d get the tv off the mount now if I needed to. Can’t recommend Geek Squad services since I didn’t get Geek Squad people this time.

Yes, job done. Only one guy came in and had to lift the 65” tv alone. That’s pretty difficult for one person. The tv wasn’t in the right location so he had to go and pick it up at a different store and was therefore late... according to him. Anyway, it is professionally mounted so yay.

The tech who mounted my TV was great. She had it mounted and hooked up in no time and gave me a quick tutorial. My only complaint was that 2 apps were part of the installation and weren't done but was very easy to do myself. She was polite and personable.

In the past we've always just done things ourselves. As we gotten older we have started to value time vs money more. For how quickly and efficiently Carlos worked it was well worth the investment. Thanks again.

LOVE THIS TV WALL MOUNT. NOW FROM ANY ANGLE I CAN WATCH MY FAVORITE MOVIES AND TV SHOWS FROM BED OR RECLINER CHAIR. BEST THING I HAVE DONE FOR MYSELF TO REALLY ENJOY IS GIVING AWAY

Great TV. Was unable to get the JBl speakers to work with it.

They were a pleasure to have in my home. Very careful of my health as well as the equipment. Very careful measurements and explanation as to why certain placement was better.

TV/Display Setup & Mounting was undertaken very efficiently.

The Geek Squad came right on time and did a great job mounting this 75" QLED at our home. Enrique did an excellent job installing and explain how the system works, including all internet connections. I recommend asking for him if you are in the Bluffton, SC area.

The geek squad hung tycoon sand connected it towifi and connected all of my streaming channels

They had a issue with parts missing, but they had replacements. The TV was - Open Box - and the screws for the legs were missing. They got it set up, and showed me how to use the remote. Works great.

I was pleased with the guys who mounted the wall bracket, installed my 65” TV on it, created a new socket in the wall so the cords for the TV are hidden, and reconnected all my devices. Couldn’t have been easier for me!

We decided to let the Geek Squad hang our 75" TV on the wall and connect it to our new receiver that connected to our existing surround sound speakers. They left us with the experience we wanted- press the on button, select my viewing source and turn it up.
