Everything has gone well with all the different services from the Geek Squad including mounting of sound bar, installing TVs on the wall including two over fireplaces and everything works making me happy with the services.

They did a graet job,on installing and set up of my tv.

Installation had to be done twice due to a product defect. All four years installation technicians were highly efficient and knowledgeable. They actually recommended other products to boost our wifi. In all the project took over four hours, so it was worth the cost!

New TV delivered and old unit removed to recycle. New unit set up and all adjustments made. New TV is much better than old unit that that was replaced.

The Geek squad team was great. They called with a 30 minute ETA. Came in and installed my 85" tv and surround sound in an hour.

Great job. Installed our 85" TV quickly, adjusted the TV settings and explained the various features and functions. Much better than trying to mount the TV myself.

Tech was excellent. Made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. Went through many minor adjustments and leveling, and made sure we knew how to make adjustments later if necessary if we changed anything.

The agents arrived on time and installed the TV and sound bar in a reasonable amount of time. They were courteous and wore masks, gloves, and protection on their feet. When I experienced a technical issue later in the day, they responded quickly and did not hesitate to return and fix it to my satisfaction.

These guys know what they're doing. Quick and clean up nicely.

You could tell "THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING"...Courteous, easy to talk to and informative about the procedure.

Matt was great. He really took the time to figure out the best way to put my surge protector in the back of the TV
