This mount was inexpensive and does what it is supposed to. It does not turn or swivel, but I just wanted a basic mount and this works great!

The pair of technicians mounted our 60" TV over the mantel, installed the sound bar, connected all to the internet and walked us through the remotes. Very professional, very capable, impressively polite.

They removed my old 60" and centered the bracket for the 75" TV. They set everything up on the TV that I needed and explained how everything worked. Cleaned up . Very happy with their work.

The guys hung a mount, hung the tv, and got it all working with our home system in about an hour. Very polite

The Geek Squad members that showed up to mount my TV did a great job, was very professional, answered my questions and cleaned up everything before they left.

I set the tv up myself. Geek Squad came to make sure I had done it correctly, corrected the settings and ran through all the functions with me. Very knowledgeable. I’m glad I had them come.

Had a new TV delivered and wanted to have them install the TV, hide the wires and make all the connections. The crew came in, I identified the location, they stated it could not go in that spot because the bracket that I bought would not support the wider studs in the wall. I had to show them how the bracket was adjustable. They successfully mounted in the correct location. Turned the TV on and showed me how to work the remote. I ended up entering the WiFi information so they could make the additional connections to peripheral devices. They explained that my WiFi needed to be upgraded as well as my cable box so I would not be able to use some of the Smart TV features until that was done. They said that I would not be able to stream unless these upgrades were done. They also stated that they would not bury the wires in the wall due to the TV being on an exterior wall in a buried basement. I told them I would upgrade later and went back to work (I work from home). They came upstairs, said they were done and off they went. I went downstairs to find they did not connect any of the Smart TV features, additional wireless accessories, and peripherals. In addition, they did not dispose of the packaging materials prior to leaving. I called Bestbuy to complain and was told to contact Geek Squad directly. After trying multiple times to talk to someone, I finally reached a manager who offered to have another crew come out in 3 days to make all the connections and dispose of the packaging materials. I explained I had already made the connections and my WiFi was strong enough to stream without any buffering, and I had already disposed of everything. He ultimately refunded the cost difference between a normal TV install and the Premium TV Mounting. This made the experience more tolerable, otherwise I would have given no stars. If you are going to use them for this service, watch them closely and be sure you read everything that is supposed to be done, then hold them accountable.

The agents mounted my 75" TV and sound bar and woofer and connected them to my devices. Excellent work! The young men, who came out were friendly, professional, respectful, resourceful, and meticulous about their work!

The technicians used the existing mount and sound bar. They did an excellent and clean job. It was recommended that I get a new Verizon remote to use just one remote and I did that.

The representatives hooked my TV’s, amps, arc soundbar, subwoofer, and mesh system, and they look great and function beautifully. I couldn’t be happier.

My son said the install went fine, i think it was just a little too pricey.

We are so glad that we had the Geek Squad come out and install our TV's and hook everything up. They were extremely helpful and did it in far less time than it would have taken us.

They came, put booties on so not to dirty the place. Came with all need equipment and in about 45 minutes they were done. Cleaned up what little mess there was and were very cordial

The agent was very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. They made sure everything was where I wanted it and aligned nicely. They connected all of my extra items to the television and were very courteous.
