Fast, efficient, and professional. Very happy withe installment

Geek Squad arrived on time and was able to connect my new 65 inch TV in record time. They were very professional and courteous. The work area was cleaned up and they took the TV box with them which alleviated the need for me to put it out on the curb on trash day.

My TV was mounted to the wall and a home theater was installed. The men were friendly and included us on decisions pertaining to the install. The install was well done and we were given directions on using the system. They did a great job.

The people that set up the TV would good and fast. They explain how the TV works and the feature of it.

Paul and David were really nice, decent, easy-to-work-with, knowledgeable, and very friendly but highly professional. Paul called afterward to check if everything was right. very nice person.

The agents did a good job installing my TV. My only complaint is that the installation was delayed due to a mistaken address. The order was sent to Anchorage, AK instead of Reynolds, GA. I haven't used the Anchorage address in 13 years.

THE GEEK SQUAD only connected one DVD player to the Newly purchased 77 inch TV. they did not offer to comeback to hookup my other items such as my MY KARAOKE PLAYER, BEST BUY Speakers, & MY 5 DISC DVD PLAYER TO THE TV.

Ted -Geek Squad- was excellent. TV installed and it's operating was explained . He gave us a call back later when we had difficulties and was able to resolve our problem over the phone. Glad we elected to use the service!

I had a simple on the wall install of a 65 inch tv. These geeks were lightning fast! Had the tv on the wall in minutes. Connected all my devices and had my remote working. I will definitely have the geeks install again!

My agent mounted my TV with a ceiling mount in perfect location with full functionality and mobility. Amazed at how easy it seemed to him and I was impressed that he was able to do it all on his own.

Disaster & Disappointed and loss of day. two gentlemen delivered the new monitor to be installed on bracket. After they completed work they uncovered the monitor/TV I had just purchased, was missing from the sealed box, a power cord to power the unit and manufacturer Samsung remote control. The two installers assured me, if I would just go to the store I would get the missing items ( at no cost) ready for plug and play. The installers never powered the unit nor verified and full functionality of new purchased item ( there were missing items to complete the job) , which is part of the service I paid for( It is part of installation agreement). On the same day I went BEST BUY store where item was purchased and explained my situation to a store manager. I was met with a BEST BUY store manager, that showed no empathy to my situation. Instead the store manager attitude was of an in deference, more of I do not care. It does not affect me. the financial impact doesn’t affect my store. The store manager offered me the option of buying out of my pocket an universal power cord and in universal remote control.. knowingly full well, that if I was to use third-party parts on a new monitor, the manufactures could void the warranty on the new purchased product. I am now fighting an uphill battle, getting full credit for the product the installation and more. This is the main reason Best Buy stores are closing and across nation ( poor quality service ) BEST BUY has become WORST BUY!! I Canceled the order and requesting a full refund and dealing with loss of time from work. If I could give a negative rating it would be the least to say.

Michael and mitch were amazing. Super fast and explained everything. Comcast wifi blows. Has trouble connecting to my TV. Using an ethernet cable. NOT BESTBUY OR GEEKSQUADS FAULT. They need to catch up in the technology end for this 4k TV.
