The agents performance was exceptional and they were very friendly.

This group of installers were awesome. There was a mixup and they were not told they had to pick up like TV. After phone call they went back to the store and then came back to reinstall. I thought for sure I was going to be postpone for another week. These guys were great. They cleaned everything up after they installed. And took all the empty boxes

The installer was great. But Best Buy could have told me that I x could have only paid $99 for a years worth of Geek Squad assistance, rather than charge me $250 to mount a tv that didn’t even require the existing mount to be replaced. Also, no one contacted me about a partial payment issue. I had to call to find out why the technician hadn’t showed up at the scheduled time. Then I had to wait 3 more days for someone to come out. Shocked. Previously received excellent service.

Very pleased with my tv mount it can turn to the left/right and tilts forward. When the geek squad mounted the tv they explained how the tv, mount, and the sound bar worked. The only the I wished the would include something to cover the wires or a way to hide them in the wall.

The Team that came to my home were very efficient and were able to take care of the installation with out any problems.

So far I’m happy with it. I used them to install my Best Buy tv purchase for free. They took my old tv for free and I called them for text support for my Echo show and they helped me for free.

The agents were very professional and upfront about every procedure they were about to perform. They took their time and care with our furniture and family. It was nice to have a great team mounting our 2 TV's in sizes as large as 75".

Arrived at the specified time. Was told at the store that they would run the cable through the wall, but they did not, may have been a problem at the store. Mounted the TV higher then originally requested, but then corrected the mounting position. They were prompt and courteous.

Agents that came to install our TV were extremely polite, helpful and professional. We have used their service multiple times, and Best Buy really does hire good professionals.

The Geek Squad person came to our house with the two TV's we purchased and all the supplies needed to set them up. The agent the set the TV's up and showed us how to operate the new remote.

This installation did not start well. The installation company did not show up at all the first time OR the second time! For the THIRD attempt to get someone here, a BestBuy Geek Squad team was assigned and they showed up on time and ready to go. Once onsite, installation was smooth, they cleaned up the area and everything was good. Needless to say, it shouldn't take 3 attempts to get an installation team to show up. That was 3 days I had to hang around at home for hours, waiting to see if someone was coming. Whoever the clowns are that Best Buy had contracted for this work should be cut from their list of subcontractors.

The guys were great that installed our wall mount and set up our TV. They did a great job, made sure everything worked, before they left, answered all our questions. Explained about the mount itself. We were very pleased with the experience.

Always a pleasure shopping and doing business with the Best Buy in Chino Hills. The customer service, professionalism and overall protection perks, makes me a happy customer.

New TV delivered and old unit removed to recycle. New unit set up and all adjustments made. New TV is much better than old unit that that was replaced.

The Geek Squad were great! Very efficient and fast with the install. They were also patient answering any questions that we had.
