They were on time ++++ discussed options for mounting our new 75" Samsung TV Very professional mounting came out perfect Geek Squad technicians spent time to show us how to use our new tv and our Comcast / Wfinity TV system

The agent was very good at what he does. He asked my preferences for the position and height of the mount and did exactly as I asked. Mounting was a breeze for him. Kudos!

The Geek squad helped with the mount and did an awesome job. They also attached the 85" tv and helped level and center it easily.

The service and installation was fine. However it happened more than a full month after the scheduled date. In addition, the service team did not arrive until 10pm, and rushed through the check out because it was so late. I noticed the next day that they neglected to install the power transformer.

The techs mounted the TV exactly where I wanted it. They also set up the TV so that I had nothing to do but enjoy it.

I must say the setup was fast and easy! The techs were in and out with no need to call for a system "tweak". We're very pleased.

Our service was excellent! Nadjee was professional, caring and knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for more from him.

The agents mounted my TV and made sure I had internet for my computer. They were very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Great job. Installed our 85" TV quickly, adjusted the TV settings and explained the various features and functions. Much better than trying to mount the TV myself.

We had the Geek Squad mount, connect and setup our 60" TV that I bought for my husband for his birthday. So much better than trying to do it ourselves or "getting someone" to do it. They arrived promtly and were done in no time. For us, it is the only way to go.

Would recommend this service to anyone that does not have experience mounting heavy objects to the wall. I received a call ahead of time to know when to expect arrival. The mounting was done quickly. Most importantly, my TVs are level. No home job slants for me.

The agents were professional and took the time to figure out the best options for mounting my 85" TV. Unfortunately they were not able to use the mounts included with the Tv and I had to purchase an additional mount.

Television was mounted by agents who knew what they were doing and explained the operation of the tv....the removes (tv and cable) are a little confusing since it seems to require both of them to operate the tv. I'll figure it out someday.

The installers did an amazing job! Professional, extremely helpful & accommodating, and made lots of great suggestions. Their recommendations were spot on and we couldn’t be happier. They left the house spotless, too!

Hands down best experience. The gentleman that installed our tv were very kind, answered any questions I had along with helping me out with another tv. If I need another tv installed I will definitely be using Geek Squad again.

Polite and informative ! There were 2 of them and one imparticular was very patient and answered all questions without rushing and left his card for future help.

THE GEEK SQUAD only connected one DVD player to the Newly purchased 77 inch TV. they did not offer to comeback to hookup my other items such as my MY KARAOKE PLAYER, BEST BUY Speakers, & MY 5 DISC DVD PLAYER TO THE TV.
