Outstanding Supporting service on time and they did a great job

Friendly service, super helpful! Advised me about a second mount option. They even offered to take a look at a dvd player that quit working.

They mounted my TV just where I needed it to be. Only took them 30 minutes Everything worked fine

Professionally installed. Geek squad guys Phil and Chris were true experts. They made sure I was completely informed and satisfied with my new tv and install. They cleaned up after themselves and had a great attitude.

The agents were very professional and helpful. They also helped me with setting up the screen so it worked with my different software applications.

The Best Buy guys were so quick and helpful. This service is worth every penny. They even reviewed a tv with me that I had not purchased from them but let me know some tips to get better quality and upgrades I can make with AT&T really take advantage of the tv's capabilities.

Brad came in and discussed the work order. He made sure the tv was hung in a manner suitable for me. He was very professional and neat. There was no mess, all the mounting piece wrappings were put back in the box as he unpacked them then took them off to dispose of them.

The technicians mounted my new TV and got it hooked up to home theatre system. Provide good instruction on how to use the remote, access subscriptions,etc.

This tv mount is very sturdy. Im always worried about the weight of the tv on a wall. But this mount is great. I would make this purchase all over again.

I have no problems with any of the people who disconnected or reconnected my TV. They get 5 stars. Best Buy should not even get 1 star for both the cost and the lack of service provided. The fact that I spent around $5000.00 for this set-up and you would not even transport it to my new residence is outrageous. I had to pay a moving co. over $800.00 to move it along with a few other items. It cost me around $600.00 to $700.00 for you to disconnect and reconnect the system. Good thing I like the TV or I would have returned it. I think Best Buy needs to look at your policies regarding transporting TVs and the cost of the other services involved.
