The geek squad did everything we needed. They explained things well. They were very helpful with suggestions! They were very professional!

My tv was installed and works great! They took my old tv. Left the box in case there is an issue. So far so good Wasn’t the geek squad.

The agents replaced a part to get my TV running again and connected all of my components. Service was fast and efficient. The agents also called me prior to the appointment to confirm and called the day of the appointment.

Geek squad arrived on time, got to work removing old TV and didn't take longer before new TV was mounted programmed and other equipment connected properly. They didn't waste anytime getting job done. Friendly and efficient.

If you have a 65" or larger TV, I would say that the $200 fee is worth every penny. The bigger TV you're dealing with, the more difficult it is to mount it. There are many variables or issues that can come up when mounting a TV. I'd say: Money well spent.

Tech was excellent. Made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. Went through many minor adjustments and leveling, and made sure we knew how to make adjustments later if necessary if we changed anything.

Love this mount, truly allows you to pivot one side(left or right) at an angle so you can access the back to attach cords or view the TV at a better angle from seats.
