These guys are great at what they do and pride and actually seem to like there job unlike some delivery and install places they very trustworthy and responsible as well as they respect your home .

Genti and the crew did an outstanding job mounting my tv and setting up the remote. Took the time to measure so it was centered on the wall and walked me thru the operation of the TV features.

The TV is working well and has several features I did not have in my previous TV, but the Geek Squad service was outstanding. I watched with gratitude that I did not have to mount the TV myself, and they were finished in about an hour and explained the start up.

I have done my fair share of mounting and I can tell this one was going to be difficult, highly recommend them this if you don’t have at least 2 more people available to mount it.

The Geek Squad text and email the day before as a reminder. That morning called and let us know they were on the way. So prompt and efficient they were extremely professional hung the tv perfect could not ask for anything more. Keep up the great work

Exceptional quality TV and the staff from Best Buy did a terrific job with the whole sales to installation process.

The Geek Squad came in and knew exactly what to do. The double checked to see if everything was where I wanted and then the Mounting bracket and TV were up in minutes. I will always use Geek Squad. Very Professional

Could not have been more pleased. Guys were terrific. Very knowledgeable and took their time explaining to me how to operate the universal remote, RF to IR remote, apple tv, Netflix, disney +, amazon prime, etc.

All great until the holes drilled through the walls of wash room down the hall way. Spoke to tech on phone to have drywall textured and painted to color match. They seem to place a spakle over it that stands out from the entire hallway paint. Basically need to repaint hall to match evenly

This TV is working well so far. We already had a LG sound bar so our sound system is working very well.

The sevice professionals were on time, courteous, and efficient. We provided the mount and the entire process took about a half hour. They were friendly and removed all the trash collected from the mounting. I would be willing to use them in the future.
