Never used the Geek Squad before, Was always paying a high-end AV company to do my work. I was really pleased with how much the Geek guys knew. They did an amazing install.

The agents installed the mount over the fireplace and had my tv installed and connected to all devices in record time. Great job! And the carried off all the trash ( that isn't the case with a lot of contractors)

Great TV. Was unable to get the JBl speakers to work with it.

The Geek Squad technicians were very nice and made absolutely sure that I was pleased with the placement of the TV prior to drilling the holes in the wall. I helped very little and questions were answered with patience and kindness.

Totally worth having Geek Squad to install. They were fast, efficient, did precision mounting, and I didn't have to stress about lifting or accidentally dropping pricey 65" Oled displays.

Got this to mount my old living room TV in my bedroom and it works great. No problems for the 2 years I have owned it. Easy to manipulate to connect cords to the back for other devices.

It is connected to the wall secure so far. I don't think it will fall off of the wall. The installers found studs in the wall before they mounted they mounted it.
