I found that the installers took more care than I would have in installing my replacement TV. They were very helpful and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

These folks do a great job on installing/hooking up your tv, internet to vcr while using wire management. Definitely will use them again.

Team was great in explaining set up, best position, measurement and viewing angles. Gave their input for best quality production of home theatre set up to maximize sound, video and experience. Def recommend the team for future installs.

Geek Team who installed my TV was very professional. Trained, experienced. They arrived timely. Finish the installation quickly. No mess around and showed/demonstrated use functions before they left.

Geek Squad handled the installation of the wall mount, which fits perfectly and uses 100% of the space available for the TV. Mount is solid and stable, and puts the TV screen exactly where it needs to be for full coverage for everyone in our living room.

This TV has a very good picture. It's nice that it has a built in fire stick so you don't have to worry about more chords. Only complaint is that you can't get it to default to cable TV which means you always need 2 controls in order to select the program you want. That is a big hassle.

The installation team did a great job mounting my TV, listened to what I wanted and made sure theTV was centered. It was mounted in a wall unit so they had more work.

Geek Squad team remains the absolute best in this criteria. Pre-discussion on exact placement, then confirming all possible options after analyzing your room area/set-up.

We had really great service from the guys at Geek Squad! Friendly, knowledgeable, and when they left EVERYTHING was clean and the new tv’s looked GREAT.

The guys installation was great. It was the follow up that truly sucked. Two of the 3 tvs installed did not get finished setting up. Remotes did not communicate with tv. I called 3x to get them out to help me or at least RETURN A CALL to step me through it. I dont have internet yet. So through the grace of metro and my phone being a hot spot, I hooked up tvs to internet and completed the installation MYSELF. Im paying $200 a year for what? When your GEEK SQUAD fails to return calls or live up to the contractual agreement I hink I should get my money back or next years FREE if there is a next year. CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTS BEST BUY

The agent wasn't able to mount my TV but that's cause I got the wrong mount. After leaving the TV in its stand for a while I think it works well unmounted so didn't pursue getting it mounted after the. Staff was friendly and knowledge and I appreciated them trying to make my situation work.

Not happy about the cost to put my tv up. Best Buy charged $250.00. The mount was already there so all Geek Squad needed to do was put the tv up on the mount. The tv only cost $169.00 so the $250.00 charge was ridiculous..

I didn't get the Geek squad. The direct TV guy came and he knew nothing about setting up the TV, so I had to call Samsung. We were told the geek squad would be there and would also be able to help us set up our tv.

They did an excellent job even after I purchased an excessively heavy mount - they made it work and it looks great.

The geek squad guys showed up and really saved the day. They mounted my new big screen and it looks perfect. It feels good to know they did things the right way and I don't have to worry.
