Marcus and his crew got my install done in under an hour. I thought about doing this install myself on my fireplace but I am SO happy I chose to have Best Buy do this. They were fast and performed quality work.

This is the second time I've had Best Buy mount a TV for me and both times the personnel have been professional and done a great job. This time I had them take down and remount one TV in a different room and mount a new TV in its place. Again, great job!

The installers arrived on time and were professional and courteous at all times, They connected the TV, to my receiver, verified that the speakers worked and checked my universal remote to make sure it was setup correctly.

It took two visits to get the TV adjusted properly but now it's perfect. The Geek Squad agents arrived on time, were polite and friendly and did a great job.

Service agents came on time, were professional and fast, did a perfect job with no fuss, and I enjoyed my new tv all weekend!

I love in an older house and my beams are spread out further than normal. Glad I had Geek squad. It was cheaper and less of a mess than having a friend put holes in my walls looking for the beams.

The agents were awesome. They had a difficult time removing the previous mount. They were very polite, helpful and efficient.

Mounting went well, but connecting to newly installed, but unterminated coax was a bust. They tried though, so A for effort. Had to have the cable guy (who was fantastic) come to the rescue!

We were replacing a 65" tv that I had mounted myself with no issues, but I didn't feel confident in manhandling a 75" model alone. Geek squad (Rick and Ben I believe) did a flawless job. They were on time, competent, and knowledgeable. Worth every penny!

Very nice TV for senior investing in her first smart TV. Only down side is the remote is not very user friendly, again for first time smart TV user. Glare from windows does effect quality of picture.

Had the Geek Squad mount a new 50 inch Sharp. Wanted the wires in the wall. They made it work with the hdmi cords I had available. Once the tv was mounted they took the time to go through the features including the built in Roku. Made it easy!

They ha us up and rounding in a short period. They showed us are everything was programed in the remote. It's a smart tv so we have a lot to learn. Did and very neat job with no mess. They removed all the box's and things that we didn't need. They were great.

I signed up for the one year Geek Squad service and I am 100% HAPPY, I HAVE HAD 3 GEEK SQUAD PEOPLE AT MY HOUSE AND THEY ARE EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY SOMETIMES SILLY QUESTIONS I will be having them again very soon
