I bought a 75” TV to replace 65” wall mounted model. My cables were in the wall. Due to the larger size of the TV and the location of the TV input jacks, the rxisting cables were not long enough. They did not bring any additional cables/extenders to complete the setup. The told me I would have to buy additionsl cables, buf they would not return to complete the setup. Seems to me that having additionsl cables in the truck to complete an install would be an obvious supply for installers of TVs should bring to every job. I did not get what I paid for.

As a Bestbuy customer I am very disturbed of how my entire Bracket installment went. I cant call the store directly and the TV is about to fall off of my wall NOW

The "geek" went out of his way to do what was needed removing a tv that was a difficult procedure.

The BB Geeks mounter 43" tv in bedroom and fished wires behind wall. Looks great and white swivel mount is awesome. Totally worth $$ for TotalTech. Just do it!!

All great until the holes drilled through the walls of wash room down the hall way. Spoke to tech on phone to have drywall textured and painted to color match. They seem to place a spakle over it that stands out from the entire hallway paint. Basically need to repaint hall to match evenly

My agent did an excellent job mounting. He was so quick and really helpful and pleasant. He made sure to answer all my questions and showed me ways to maximize my tv experience.

I already had my mount which was installed for my original TV. The Geek Squad installers noticed the mount was installed with wood screws and without coaxing replaced the screws with toggle bolts which resulted in a much more secure installation.

Could not have been more pleased. Guys were terrific. Very knowledgeable and took their time explaining to me how to operate the universal remote, RF to IR remote, apple tv, Netflix, disney +, amazon prime, etc.

The mount made it possible to place above our fireplace. I like that we are able to pull the tv away from the wall, esp. whe the sun is so bright outdoors. The glare would have made it impossible to watch the tv without the proper mount to move it slightly.

The Geek Squad came in and knew exactly what to do. The double checked to see if everything was where I wanted and then the Mounting bracket and TV were up in minutes. I will always use Geek Squad. Very Professional

Louis was phenomenal. He gave me a great tutorial once the television was mounted, and he was patient with my questions.

Jason was wonderful. He connected the TV, set it up, showed me how to use the remote, removed the packaging, and the old TV. He was very polite and professional.
