The Geek Squad guys were great. They show up when they said they would be here. ( no company does that any more , they make you wait all day ) The guy were clean , were careful in my house , Very pleased.

I was very pleased on how professional they were. They did a great job of mounting the TV, setting up the internet, and connecting the components. The guys pared the remote to work all the components. Then they show me how to work everything. Nice guys

The agents mounted my TV and it it working fine. However, the TV is crooked on the wall and I cannot get it to go back to the wall straight. I ask the guy(Jermaine) to come back and help with this, but so far, he has not been. tv

It was a simply install. Geek Squad installer did an excellent job. The wall mounting was completed fast. He still treated the job as if it were a million dollar job. He was very friendly and professional.

Geek Squad Technicians did a great job! Connected everything and even came back for free because I needed a different cable. One negative. When ordering online they dont tell you that you need longer and "in-wall" rated cables.

Geek squad reps installed the TV mount, mounted the 77 inch tv and connected devices. Only problem was the tv was not centered to the wall and they didnt ask me whether to center to the wall or to the overall room so it looks weird

Bestbuy's Geek Squad came in and did a terrific job at installing the 55" TV on the wall. The were respectful, professional, and quick. I would immediately recommend Geek Squad to another without hesitation.

They called in advance of the appointment. After the discussion they are unable to install the bracket on our fireplace due to the material/bricks. The appointment was canceled.
