The 2 Geek Squad gentlemen, Keith and Ken, did an outstanding job installing my 65” TV. They called with an arrival time, showed up on time, installed and set up the new TV, cleaned up and hauled my old TV away. They were courteous and efficient and we couldn’t be happier.

Have not had an installation with such professionalism. Installation was quick. Technician explained why the tv was not going to be mounted where we originally wanted. And locations that he recommended was better than what we wanted.

Very friendly service, they came in quicky and professionally and did the same as the left. Lots of details throughout the mounting process and they even programmed our cable box remote to our tv. They also mentioned they have a removal service in case you're looking to exchange or remove your TV. Will definitely use again when needed and highly recommend.

The agents were amazing! They were very professional, complied with the new policies, pertaining to the pandemic, and they were punctual, as well. I scheduled my appointment with Geek Squad for June 30th. I received a call from them, that morning, informing me that they were on the way. They were quick, but careful. They listened to my instructions, about where I'd like the TV to be mounted, and when I hesitated, they stopped, and gave me the time to think about it. (You don't want your TV too high.) Well, it was too high. This was on me. I was so excited about the new screen, that I didn't pay attention to the height. After a few days of gaming, my neck was sore. I called them, and they came over a few days, later. They re-mounted the TV, and again, were very professional. Their attitudes were comforting, as I'd be kind of annoyed to come back, a second time, but they were really great. I never felt like I was inconveniencing them with my questions, or concerns. I have zero complaints; they are the true experts. Hands down, this is the best in-home service, that I've ever had. I would, gladly, recommend Geek Squad to anyone because of my experience. My new Samsung TV has a beautiful picture and wonderful sound. I am very happy that Geek Squad delivered the TV and put it on my wall. Geek Squad also made all the necessary adjustments to the TV so it works perfectly.

This was the first time I have had a TV mounted and I wanted it done right, so we had it done through Geek Squad. It was easy. The guys that came to install it were polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and they mounted the TV perfectly. There was a slight issue with the type of mount I purchased and the crew was able to provide me with additional options on site to mount. The TV looks great on the wall.

They texted me to let know when to expect them. They called me to let me know they where 15 mins away and i sat down and watched them do their magic. It was a professional installation. They even ran the wire behind the wall for a clean look. Excellent job.

They removed myold TV and Mount added the New Mount and installed my new TV quickly and Professionally.

Excellent job done on installation of my wall mount for TV highly recommend

I've had three separate mount and installs done by Best Buy and have yet to have a bad experience. My main TV room didn't have the stud alignment to have the TV center with my preferred mount and they were able to modify the mount and have the TV dead center in room. Also, on a separate occasion I wanted a TV mounted on a stone faced fire place and was not able to use my mount of choice and they had on hand other mounts so my TV could still be mounted that day. All of the teams seems to have excellent knowledge of how to safely mount TVs and also refused to mount any TV in a unsafe manner and had solutions to those mounting challenges. (I live in the Los Angeles area so quality might differ based on who you are serviced by due to differences in labor markets and management)

The agent mounted the TV and connected it to all our devices. He was very professional and answered all our questions relative to the care and use of our new TV. He also answered a few questions relative to the streaming services that are available.

These guys came in and mounted 2 of my TVs. One a 55 inch and the other a 65. Quick. Clean. Respectful. Please make sure when they come they are actual Geek Squad and not some independent contractor Best Buy sub contracts with. If they knock and they are not Geek Squad send them back !

The Geek Squad member Brandon and his crew did a great job installing my Sony XBR55 A1E OLED TV and Sanus full motion TV wall mount. He arrived within the half hour time window that he said he would. He was very professional. He added the TV to my home network and cable box and cleaned up any mess created during the installation. I could have done the job myself but I am so happy that the Geek Squad did it for me. Ask for Brandon.

I highly recommend this product for the installation of any large screen T.V. The technicians were very professional and the service was amazing. They showed up on time as scheduled and properly mounted the T.V. to the wall. They cleaned everything up and hauled off my old T.V. and all the boxes.

It’s definitely worth the $$ to have the Geek squad install the mount, attach the large tv, and custom set the Samsung settings to improve the picture quality for you room’s condition. Having a smaller Samsung that I had set up 6 months ago, I thought I could have handles the settings myself, but the Geek squad taught me some new things.

The team that delivered and installed the mounting bracket and television did an amazing job. They were deliberate, conscientious, and meticulous with respect to the location and installation of the mounting bracket, television, and cable management. The men ensured a clean working environment throughout the process and performed a thorough check out of the television and the accessories before they took the time to provide personalized training to me prior to their departure.
