Unfortunately, the agent that came to reconnect my smart tv on 08/20 was not able to locate cause. Finally, someone came out yesterday and located a missing cable. My smart tv is working smoothly. Great tech.

The agents, Leon and Jerry, were very respectful. They even went above and beyond by coming back to our house to connect the HDMI cables which we didn’t have a longer cable at first when they came. Great job.

The Geek Squad put the TV on my wall and programmed it to my remote controls as needed.

The two guys came and were a little arrogant. Turned out, they were pretty professional and cared about giving my family the best TV positions. I mounted a 75" and 65" TV. They were pretty quick and cleaned up after themselves very nicely.

A very professional job!! The installer and then the young man who adjusted the color for us were both excellent.

Service technician was very good at his job. He was business-like and worked efficiently. He explained the workings of the TV to us and offered suggestions to improve our viewing.

The delivery and installation was subcontracted to a third party. It was not done by Geek Squad as it was 8 years ago when I purchased my previous big screen. Back then the team was awesome, professional, polite, respectful of my home and friendly. This time the third party installers were abrupt, clumsy, obviously in a rush and unprofessional. My install used the same mount so the install was relatively easy compared to working from a bare wall. Still they seemed annoyed the entire time. If they don’t like their job they should find another one. Not a great experience when compared to 8 years ago. They even broke one of the locking mechanisms on the mount, made no effort to repair and I’m not sure how I’d get the tv off the mount now if I needed to. Can’t recommend Geek Squad services since I didn’t get Geek Squad people this time.

I have used Geek Squad many time and service is always very good. Combine it with a total tech membership and your will be happy.

We were super pleased with our installation service. The technicians were on time, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. So much easier than trying to hang a large TV ourselves.

Louis was phenomenal. He gave me a great tutorial once the television was mounted, and he was patient with my questions.
