Very friendly and knowledgeable installer. He was able to install and set up TV and sound bar very efficiently.

It's worth every penny to have a tech who cares and knows what they are doing. That was my recent experience.

This TV has a very good picture. It's nice that it has a built in fire stick so you don't have to worry about more chords. Only complaint is that you can't get it to default to cable TV which means you always need 2 controls in order to select the program you want. That is a big hassle.

Once the geeks got here it was all good. Getting them here was a struggle.

The guys installation was great. It was the follow up that truly sucked. Two of the 3 tvs installed did not get finished setting up. Remotes did not communicate with tv. I called 3x to get them out to help me or at least RETURN A CALL to step me through it. I dont have internet yet. So through the grace of metro and my phone being a hot spot, I hooked up tvs to internet and completed the installation MYSELF. Im paying $200 a year for what? When your GEEK SQUAD fails to return calls or live up to the contractual agreement I hink I should get my money back or next years FREE if there is a next year. CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTS BEST BUY

The agents came in and removed one TV and mounted another. They were quick and precise. Love it.

The agents were fast and friendly. They did an excellent job mounting my 65" tv. They cleaned up their mess and made sure everything was working and to my liking before leaving.

The agent wasn't able to mount my TV but that's cause I got the wrong mount. After leaving the TV in its stand for a while I think it works well unmounted so didn't pursue getting it mounted after the. Staff was friendly and knowledge and I appreciated them trying to make my situation work.

I had the pleasure of working with Joey and Sean in Manchester NH. They were both Extremely helpful, patient and professional . The staff did wonderful job explaining the answers to all my questions and dealing with my product issues.

I didn't get the Geek squad. The direct TV guy came and he knew nothing about setting up the TV, so I had to call Samsung. We were told the geek squad would be there and would also be able to help us set up our tv.

I love in an older house and my beams are spread out further than normal. Glad I had Geek squad. It was cheaper and less of a mess than having a friend put holes in my walls looking for the beams.

The two gentlemen that came to the house removed the old, put up new full motion mount and the new tv and were fantastic.
