The installation tech was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable about the TV I purchased and gave me a tutorial of its features. He mounted a new bracket and even hid the wires above my faux fireplace. This service was definitely worth the money!

TV is mounted well, no complaints about tv and mount, but there is very bad communication between best buy and geek squads. Had worst experience with these guys!
