The Geek Squad expertly installed my new tv on its wall mount and showed me how the remote worked. Great experience!

It took two visits to get the TV adjusted properly but now it's perfect. The Geek Squad agents arrived on time, were polite and friendly and did a great job.

Having some problems with tv that was moved upstairs. Sometimes when we cut it on, no picture, sound yes picture no. We have to unplug the cord then plug it back and the picture will come on. This never happened before. Only happened after they moved it and connected it.

Very nice TV for senior investing in her first smart TV. Only down side is the remote is not very user friendly, again for first time smart TV user. Glare from windows does effect quality of picture.

Marcus and his crew got my install done in under an hour. I thought about doing this install myself on my fireplace but I am SO happy I chose to have Best Buy do this. They were fast and performed quality work.

but the mount purchased was substandard. Therfore it was not a problem with the techni ian but with the mount that was purchased to have the television mounted on. Iam considering purchasing another bracket for the televion to be mounted on.

The Geek Squad was really good. They helped us as much as possible since we are new to streaming. There was a couple that were outstanding who really cared and wanted to teach us about the streaming.
