They ha us up and rounding in a short period. They showed us are everything was programed in the remote. It's a smart tv so we have a lot to learn. Did and very neat job with no mess. They removed all the box's and things that we didn't need. They were great.

The agents hung 2 TVs and hooked up a 3rd on the stands on a dresser. So friendly and knowledgeable!

It works great. I can get to my peripherals. I can pull it away from the wall and adjust easily. Don’t waste your time and money on anything cheaper.

The Geek Squad brought everything to my house and did the installation. The only problem was they didn't check the functionality of all of the speakers. The soundbar itself produced great sound. The subwoofer and rear speakers never worked and the sound wasn't synced with the picture. You could watch a golfer swing and would not hear the swoosh until the swing was over. The subwoofer only made a hiss and the rear speakers never come on. Very poor performance by the Geek Squad installation team!

All my recent purchases were installed by Andy Vu. Totally professional and incredibly competent. From the pre installation status phone calls to completion, he includes you in the process and assures you that your purchase can be enjoyed to it's fullest.

This mount gets the TV off a table and a bit higher up for improved viewing. The TV will tilt if required and stays close to the wall but will allow you to access the plugs w/o difficulty.

Bought my 65 inch and had it mounted by the geek squad. They were professional and so carrying to my needs. The set up was great and they took away the garbage. Great job Geek Squad

It was a simply install. Geek Squad installer did an excellent job. The wall mounting was completed fast. He still treated the job as if it were a million dollar job. He was very friendly and professional.

While the Samsung 85-inch TV I bought from Best Buy has been fantastic—great picture quality, and the installation process was smooth with friendly technicians—there's one thing I found disappointing. When I purchased the TV, I was told that unmounting it and mounting it at a new house would be free if I moved. However, now that I’m relocating, I’ve learned they want to charge for this service. It feels misleading because this wasn’t communicated upfront during the purchase. It’s a great TV, and the installation team did a good job initially, but I think they should be clearer about additional costs when it comes to services like this. Something to keep in mind if you're considering this purchase!

Latisha was amazing. I purchased this TV for my grandparents and they told me she was so helpful and good to them. I really appreciate hearing that since I couldn’t be there to coordinate.

Geek squad reps installed the TV mount, mounted the 77 inch tv and connected devices. Only problem was the tv was not centered to the wall and they didnt ask me whether to center to the wall or to the overall room so it looks weird

This installation was necessitated by my first new tv only lasting 6 days before malfunctioning. We waited 11 days for installation of the replacement tv. The guys on this 2nd installation were not quite as thorough in explaining & setting up the tv. Had Geek Squad follow up on 8/28 to make some adjustments.

they were great - they cleaned up after, taking away all the boxes - they set up and connected tv to all devices and made sure each worked. They were great measuring to get tv in the center of the wall. Very professional

Bestbuy's Geek Squad came in and did a terrific job at installing the 55" TV on the wall. The were respectful, professional, and quick. I would immediately recommend Geek Squad to another without hesitation.
