The Geek Squad team was very professional and puntual arriving at the house for the installation. They are very knowledgeable and customer care oriented. TV was installed in a efficient manner.

The service and installation was fine. However it happened more than a full month after the scheduled date. In addition, the service team did not arrive until 10pm, and rushed through the check out because it was so late. I noticed the next day that they neglected to install the power transformer.

We bought the TV on sale and could not be happier with price and delivery. One exception is I could not combine up delivery and installation after the fact because they were bought separately. The system should be able to accommodate this.

William was very helpful in remounting our tv to the perfect height for our living room. He even went as far as hiding our wires. He was extremely nice as well as taking the proper safety precautions.

Geek squad was on time, excellent installation and he demonstrated how to do several things on the tv.
