The representatives mounted my tv and sound bar and weee very professional, neat and cleaned up after the installation to my satisfaction. Very good service

The techs were professional and installed the tv wall mounting with no issues. Showed me how to use the remote; synched it to my other remote; took boxes, packing with them!

Excellent color tones. Much better than the Samsung I returned because the black was overwhelming the shadows of the picture.

I bought a new TV at Best Buy online, I had it installed by local my Best Buy. The guys were on time, polite, professional and neat. They showed me how to use all the features of the new TV. It was the type of service I wish to see everywhere.

The personnel were very nice and accomodating. They provided the service quickly and with no issues.

Installers solved the problem. Our blu-ray-surround sound can not be properly paired with the remote to turn it all on with one control. The installers found a way to make it work using an extra step in the start up process.

I bought Best Buy Total Tech and it is a great value. They delivered it and set it up and even helped me with questions about another tv.

Technican was awesome. Did the job extremely well. Cleaned up after himself and explained everything he did. Also explained the features on the TV and also showed us some things unique to the TV, such as extra channels and features.

Had install in like 15 minutes works great. Clean up after done.

This was a good experience. I would recommend, however, that if you find yourself in my situation of not being able to get internet/cable by the time you are having things set up, WAIT. They did such a good job connecting and hiding everything that its hard to vet back there after the fact. Still would recommend. They made is so easy.
