The agents (Leon & Javid) mounted the TV & helped me choose the appropriate height while I sat from a distance. They were very knowledgable and helpful. TV is perfectly aligned/balanced !

They even drilled the holes in the wall and ran the wires down to the baseboard. Very knowledgeable!

The geek squad people are very nice and respectful. This last time my dog barked the whole time. He never lost his politeness.

The two guys came and were a little arrogant. Turned out, they were pretty professional and cared about giving my family the best TV positions. I mounted a 75" and 65" TV. They were pretty quick and cleaned up after themselves very nicely.

Noah from Geek Squad installed our TV and swivel/mount. He was very polite and efficient. This is the first time we used Geek Squad to install at our home. Will definitely use them again.

Best Buy where I live is using a third party installer, Install Inc. I questioned this at time of purchase and was assured it would be the geek squad. It was not & not available. they never showed up on the scheduled delivery date and Best Buy continued to tell me for the 10 hours I waited at home, that my tv was on a delivery truck and would be installed. Finally told truck broke down. Rescheduled- installers showed up and immediately asked for bottled water. showed them where to hang the tv; they drilled holes 5” too high. Said they’d lower but I don’t want to see extra holes. After all hey you old me @to just get some “Knick knacks” for o cover it. Will hire someone reputable to fix. Also did not set up/pair remote correctly. It old me had to use 2 remotes. Not true! Took me 39 minutes. Guess they didn’t want to take the time to do it right. NEVER again will I purchase a tv from Best Buy. Note: BB did refund the charge after conversations with multiple people. Not worth whole day waiting, hours of phone calls etc and now I will need to pay another company.

The Geek Squad installation guys were Absolutely Awesome. They were professional! The covered their shoes each time the came our home and wore their mask. The were friendly and just great! Thank you.

They arrived on time and did a fantastic job hanging the TV on the wall. The technicians were smart, friendly and very efficient. They are highly recommended.

Great job mounting the TV by the agents. They even cleaned up the dust afterward. I didn't know you could hire them to come out even if the screen was purchased elsewhere. Glad I checked into it.

I bought Best Buy Total Tech and it is a great value. They delivered it and set it up and even helped me with questions about another tv.
