The agents mounted my large screen tv, connected & synchronized all my devices .... all with a smile and completed the task ahead of schedule !

Overall everything went as planned. The only area was downloading or making sure our channels were all working properly. After a few days we were able to figure out how to do.

I was extremely happy with the technician! Sadly the tv could not be mounted due to a wall Issue. However, it looks great just the way it is.

The guy did a excellent job of installing the tv in my movie room.

The techs did a great job installing the TV but were unable to link my remote to the TV. Found out later that it wasn't their lack of knowledge but rather a fault in the TV for not providing a code to do the link.

They did a good job only problem was I didn’t have the right hdmi cable so they couldn’t change it in wall .Need to take tv off wall now that I have correct hdmi cable .I wonder if they could come back and change hdmis

The Geek Squad delivered, mounted and installed my TV and soundbar. They even took my old TV upstairs for us. They did a great job.

As most of you know, holiday bargin electronics are usually a little “watered down” but this has been a great buy and the department and high-end video managers were honest and caring. I would buy again from them if I needed their guidance before making a final decision! Can’t go wrong with this one if there are any units left!

Installation of wall mount and 85" tv excellent. Installers asked for our input and offered requested recommendations regarding placement of units on wall. Extremely pleased with completed work.
