    The installers were on time. They had everything they needed to install my new Samsung TV. They were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend that if you but a large TV, have the Geek Squad install it.

    My experience with BestBuy from start to install was great. The Geek squad is awesome. They helped me through some tech issues whem i was learning new devices. Couldnt be happier.

    This was so much better than mounting myself! I have the totaltech membership. I bought it because I was having multiple things installed, and it has been great!

    Very happy with the install. I like the tv up higher and not on a big tv stand taking up floor space. Then I found a small table for the cable box etc. installers were very friendly and accommodating. It was worth the install money.

    The GS agent arrived when he said he would, put the mount together and professionally mounted the television. He was in and out within 30 minutes. Great job!

    The techicians did an excellent job BUT remember one thing, installing a TV above a fireplace is extra cost. It pays then to enrol in the geeksquad package - you also get (as of now) 20% off any extended warranty for the TV.
