Very informative. Provided courteous and professional help installing the television set and walking me through the complicated installation of aps and channel selection.

Geek techs are always pros and know what they're doing, but I have had to have them come back to finish what they started because they didn't run thru everything the first time. Because I don't know what I don't know, my last tech (she came twice to the house), told me how (instead of just doing it) to program my already somewhat jerry-rigged brand new TV with my Harmony remote. It sounded easy enough. She left. I didn't get it right. Still doesn't work and renders some cool features of the new TV unusable. I don't want to get charged $99 again and it's so time-consuming to wait for the Geeks, so I haven't called. So we are living with a partially working TV. I know there are time constraints to their visits, but I don't think it's too much to ask that whatever is being installed works properly across the board. Aaaarrrggh. So frustrating.

The installers were very professional. Went thru tutorial and use of TV. Cleaned up the place afterwards.

The guys set up the TV and stand very quickly and efficiently. There was a problem with the audio but they found it and fixed it along with my old TV. I would recommend the Geek Squad to my friends.

They stood on time in clean uniforms they removed my old tv and installed the new one set it up and had it working inside of an hour. A very stress free purchase and they actually stand but there extended warranty.

Geek Squad did a great job mounting my 70" over a fireplace. They set the TV up and connected it to a new soundbar as well as programmed my DTV remote so it controls everything. Very pleased with the service.

Great device. It gets the TV off the bureau and let’s me hide all the connections. Tilts and moves so that it is square to our visual path from the bed.

Geek Squad installed my new TV nicely. They were professional and on time (even early) and were nice people. Unfortunately I am not savvy with technology and I can't get the TV to work after I used a Blue Ray disc. So I am stuck.

Very satisfied. But remote is very small and only a few buttons. But we use an universal remote so we just put the remote away labeled for TV. We love it.

This TV mount worked out great. It’s heavy weight and supports our 65” TV. Even can adjust height to a couple different levels. The Geek Squad put the mount together & totally set up our TV.
