The agent was professional and helped me connect all my devices to the new tv and had everything working before he left. I also appreciated that he helped make the cords look nice before he left

The company that installed and mounted my TV was a contract company working with Best and not a member of the Geek squad. He did a good job of installing my wall mount and TV but did leave me with cleaning up some of the debris and mess.

Well trained techs, well coordinated arrival, very helpful and came in hygenic booties and very mindful of our furniture

I opted for the Geek Squad installation to do the wall mount for the new TV that we purchased. They arrived on time as per the schedule and completed the installation within an hours time. It would have been better if they had done a better job at hiding the wires and not kept it tangled all over behind the TV stand that we had.

Excellent work wall mounting my new tv would use again

I had not heard from them as far as updates and timeframes when they would perform service. But they should up at the initial set time. Good workmanship.

I hadn't done this by myself before, so hired Geek Squad to take care of it (as well as deliver the TV). It was 82" or else I would've tried it myself, but they did a great job. Even went so far as to help organize my mess of DirecTV wires.

The guys where very nice and respectful. They worked quietly, as I work from home and was still working as they mounted the TV and cleaned up behind themselves.
