The team that set us up was excellent! Very qualified, helpful and friendly. Answered our many questions without judgement on our lack of technical knowledge. Spent the right amount of time to get things right.

Geek Squad hung my tv and got it up and running; a bit more difficult since receiver, etc., are behind the wall inside the closet! Very professional and talented!

The techicians did an excellent job BUT remember one thing, installing a TV above a fireplace is extra cost. It pays then to enrol in the geeksquad package - you also get (as of now) 20% off any extended warranty for the TV.

They arrived and didn’t have all the parts even though I told customer service what mounts I needed. Tech went back to store and got parts and brought them back.

First they didn’t show up on time 6 hours late. Unprofessional dressed. Then could do it because have two people asked my Husband to help who is disabled that’s why we were PAYING TJEM TO DO IT. Said he would be back the next morning with help. Never showed up. I called they said it wouldn’t be till the next day. Showed up late again. Had to us our tools because he didn’t have the correct ones. Used my step stool because he was to lazy to go get his ladder step tool wasn’t tall enough I had to tell him he needs taller ladder finally went to get his ladder granted it was a large TV difficult to mount but they were told this when I called in wanted me to sign job was complete and I refused until cords were stored neatly acted as though he really didn’t want to be there. Very unsatisfactory from day one. Just a typical subcontractor (Mastec) attitude.

I love the mounting equipment and installation. Ability to move the tv from side to side, tilt down or up. Love it

Technicians installed our new 65 inch Samsung TV quickly and answered all of our questions on startup and remote control operation. They also made sure after installation cleanup was complete before leaving.

The agents were very prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. They did exactly what was needed displaying professional courtesy and sharing some key points that would have taken "days" to dis cipher otherwise.

The Geek Squad disconnected our old TV and mounted & connected our new TV. The were very good with all the questions we had and explained how to get to the various features of the SmartTV & apps. Plus they hauled off the old TV.

Very happy with the install. I like the tv up higher and not on a big tv stand taking up floor space. Then I found a small table for the cable box etc. installers were very friendly and accommodating. It was worth the install money.

The young man was polite. Followed infection control measures gloves, wipes, markers and extremely organized. Communicated to me. Demonstrated competency in what he was doing. I was beyond satisfied.
