I’m so sorry to say I do not remember the name of my installer, but he was the most professional understanding person that you could ask for, he went beyond what I called the call of duty he made sure this customer was satisfied and happy

The phone service was not great. The reps themselves were nice, but my call was hung up on several times and there was also disconnect between my original appointment and a second appointment. It took me HOURS to get my appointment scheduled and several more hours to figure out when they were actually coming. I had 2 appointments made for me, all the while they were never coming to the first one scheduled, even though everyone told me it was on their schedule for the day! Other than that, the reps who came to mount the TVs were helpful and efficient.

They team worked like a fine tuned machine. The were prompt courteous knowledgeable skilled and very professional.

Set up and mounting was seamless. The unit is sturdy and the tv looks great. Thank you Daniel Campos for the recommendation.

Only took off one star because I think there is a disconnect with Best Buy and the vendor hired to do installation regarding in wall cable hiding is included, but vendor didn’t provide. Best Buy took care of me for the mess up though, so I’m not sad.

Geek squad specialist Joshua mounted 75 inch tv and sonos soundbar. Wife asked if he could reposition the soundbar he did without any hesitation. He then thoroughly went through and how to control all the tv and soundbar.

Super professional and efficient installation service. Great communication from the install team. Very friendly and made what would have been a difficult task for me so easy.

They agents mounted my tv and connected to all devices. They also provided me basic setup support with my new TV (really not part of the installation but the agent was nice to help me with that as well).

Geek Squad had all equipment set up and functional in less than 30 mins. We were very impressed with their work! Thanks!

The two servicemen who delivered and mounted our TV did a fantastic job. The were careful and neat in our home. They really took their time to make sure the TV was mounted level. They explained the different functions to us. Great Job!!

Max did great job with the install & gave us great tips on how to use our system. He called 30 min ahead of his arrival so we could be ready. Overall service was about an hour. 5 stars

The Squad measured and mounted our 75” TV and then proceeded to hook everything up and explain all of the many features and benefits of the new set.

The men arrived on time and efficiently mounted the mounting frame and television. They were polite and appeared well trained.

What do you say about a mounting bracket it works great until it's left and right and up-and-down I would definitely buy it again the guys that installed it did a great job!
