They arrived at the scheduled time and mounted our 85" TV in a reasonable amount of time.

I got the premium mounting service, which said it included hiding the cords. However, the cords are still hanging in plain sight, rather than dropped behind the wall. Other than that, the TV is mounted nicely.

The did a great job installing the tv. They even wear the booties I request in the home.

The agents you have sent 3 out of 4 times in the last two months have been great. the problem is the one time the geek squad came, they suck...... please don't ever send them

Omg they were so professional. He had a temp with him and it was the day before Christmas Eve and those guys were so humble, friendly ,fast and knowledgeable.

At first i thought it would be a bit too big but for me and my living room layout it works fantastic like being at the movies

The agents came to mount my TV on the expected date. They were very nice and answered all of my questions. However they were not able to hook up internet access because the modem/router needs an upgrade.

Mounted and installed very quickly, but didn't explain what they were doing or how to change anything, and there's no manual. They installed with HD channels only, but I've found that there are MANY channels that are available but I can't access them and I don't know why. Not sure if they limited it to HD channels. In addition, I told them not to activate the smart features, but now I have no idea how to change that. I liked Geek Squad originally, but Best Buy has taken away features and barely reduced the price. I recommend finding out exactly what you get for the money before buying.

The installers did a very good job installing and connecting out TV and getting it up and running.

the tech who came to my home were very professional and helpful I wasn't home at the time but they waited for me I couldn't have ask for better tech to come out

This mount is incredibly strong and well built. I wished it could rotate farther from the wall, but that is not really a fault. I have a 77” LG C2 mounted to it. And it holds it no problem.

They team worked like a fine tuned machine. The were prompt courteous knowledgeable skilled and very professional.

I really appreciated the agents help. As always they are friendly, knowledable, and resolve all issues. My TV's were set up properly. I was so happy I added on additional rooms. I am loving my tv set up!!!
