The agent set up my T.V. with expertise! He was very patient, knowledgeable, courteous and personable!

My scheduling was handled poorly. But once the appointment worked out , the technician arrived on time and made it right. He was very knowledgeable and tidy with the process

They mounted my TV on a wall. Great job, but I wish they had brought some cable hiding cover for the wires behind the TV.

The agents set up the TV and connected to all devices. They took the time to program my TV provider's remote. Everything was done in a professional manner.

Geek Squad mounted my new 82" TV and hooked everything up, but required me to buy an in-wall channel to run the cable through some additional cables. I did not know I was going to need these items. I suggest asking what will be needed ahead of time so you don't have to purchase whatever is on their truck.

Much better than a 3rd party. Others take longer and usually complain. Geek squad is the best!

The agents could not mount our TV on a wall bracket because it was older and did not have the same connecting as our new TV. I had order a new bracket and when they came back, I had to pay them extra for the return trip. They were excellent installers.

The Geek Squad arrived on time and explained the set up. We did buy the 56-80 in. mounting bracket. They installed it and it is working beautifully.

Service was fine. The installer was done very quickly and efficiently. I found the price a tad high for what I actually needed - I just needed a wall mount and TV installed with no other connections. No other machines or service. Just the physical installation. I set up the Wi-Fi connection.

Took several scheduling attempts to get the tv and mount both mounted. The mount was delivered separately from the tv even though i was told they would arrive together. TV was delivered and they left without mounting.
